Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker escalated the growing war between the camps of David “Doctor” Dave Coulter and Shade ‘Audit Them’ Ghanayem on Friday by placing multiple calls to Coulter’s local police in an attempt to get them to enforce a “nation wide warrant” supposedly for Coulter’s arrest.
The bad blood between Coulter and Ghanayem has been legendary over the years stemming from negative YouTube videos from both men about the other. In recent times, the war of words has grown as both men have been active in Discord forums and have growing bands of followers at war with one another.
Following his channel’s demonetization and his inability to find work, Zachary Kueker has aligned himself with Ghanayem to take part in Ghanayem’s schemes and to provide a partnership that has helped escalate the war between both sides.
Kueker is largely known as a patsy within both sides of the First Amendment auditing community and for his growing arrests.org page (https://florida.arrests.org/Arrests/Zachary_Kueker_58263129/). Of those arrests, he is probably best known for arrests in Polk County, Florida and for most recently being the guest of Sheriff Grady Judd for multiple weekends of trash duty after his most recent sentencing for his auditing related activities.
The Florida based YouTuber has largely been used by other YouTubers such as Lane Myers in order to amplify whatever ideas that they have been promoting. Unfortunately for Myers, multiple appearances on Kueker’s channel over the summer apparently backfired due to Kueker’s laziness and inability to research or stick to facts and helped authorities revoke Myers’ probation and to send Myers to Arizona State prison for three years.
Kueker has served as a mouthpiece for Ghanayem’s issues as he did Friday night when he made multiple calls to police on Ghanayem’s behalf.
On the other side, Ghanayem and Ghanayem’s assembled forces seem bothered by a new player on the scene, the man known only as DJDrkLntrn. DJ, who has appeared as a frequent guest member of ReallyCoolSite’s nightly panels, is the fastest growing voice in the anti-auditing community.
After having a debate with Jose “Chille” DeCastro on DeCastro’s own air, and holding his own, if not besting, SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes in a publicized debate on NCR News Network’s YouTube channel, DJ’s voice has become associated with Dr. Dave as Ghanayem’s actions have become increasingly bizarre.
Most recently, Ghanayem has transformed his image, wearing suits and ties on his livestreams and giving a neutral appearance on his main channel, while certain sock accounts and strange characters, including Ghanayem allegedly appearing in a BDSM mask as a Batman-esque character, has spammed the First Amendment auditing community.
Bruce Wayne Ghanayem is not.
In the background of this silliness are very real issues playing out in civil and criminal courts. Ghanayem has a civil complaint about Coulter’s actions that spawned both civil and criminal protection orders against Coulter.
Coulter, as a resident of Ohio, has largely ignored the orders of the Illinois based courts to leave Ghanayem and Ghanayem’s family alone. While he has dropped a widely known racially themed insult of Ghanayem he has used for years, the focus of his livestreams has still been on Ghanayem and Ghanayem’s own actions in their on-going war.
Things escalated after a civil court hearing and with Kueker’s broadcasts on Friday.
Kueker gave a direct report on the hearing as part of his first broadcast:
Dr. Dave cannot control himself. He was saying during the Zoom call. talking on top of the judge multiple times, saying that it wasn’t him when she brought up the live streams that were or was on Dr. Dave’s channel.
And Dr. Tabe said it’s not on my channel, that’s not me. When clearly it is him. She has seen and heard his voice on the live stream that was captured and I guess presented to the judge in some way, shape, or um form.
So she has seen the live streams, or the one that I’m thinking of. Maybe it was one, maybe both. I don’t know.
But Dr. Dave said it’s not on his channel. That’s not him, which is a big fat lie. He probably uh could have been charged with perjury if he had been under oath, but he I don’t think he was under oath.
Um and the judge interrupted Dr. Dave after he interrupted her several times. And this was today on a Zoom call in the hearing And she said, one more word out of you. I’m holding you in contempt.
So he shut right the hell up. And uh from what I’ve seen on Discord today, Dr. Dave went to urgent care, probably because he didn’t feel good after such a terrible day in court, which he also studied in his Discord that Uh his court day was not not a good one. I mean I would have to agree with him on that.
He then went on to call Coulter’s local police and sheriff’s department to inquire about the “nation wide warrant” and if the police would be actively seeking to take Coulter into custody.
Presenting himself as a “friend of the victim,” Kueker presented police with the case number from Illinois but could not provide proof of the supposed “nation wide warrant” for Coulter’s arrest.
It is noted that while Kueker was able to show his viewers the same protective order Ghanayem has shared with various media outlets including ReallyCoolNews, he was unable to show that the protective order was violated and that a judge had ordered the arrest of Coulter.
Kueker’s first broadcast ended with the YouTuber announcing that the “nationwide arrest warrant” had been lifted, as the Coulter’s local police department could not find evidence of a local warrant.
After bungling the first attempt, he would return with a second livestream thirty minutes later, announcing that the police department was in error and that the supposed warrant was still active.
Kueker would be eventually transferred to a shift supervisor, where he would request an update on police actions in relation to Coulter’s supposed warrant:
I’m not a victim, no. I’m I’m friends with a victim. Sure Um, and after I give you my email address, I’ll just give you the two questions I just want a clarification on. It’s um my email is Liberty L-I-B-E-R-T-Y. Troll T R O L L dot L L C at Gmail for gmail.com and the two questions I just want to know if the chief was aware that there was an a national arrest warrant against this individual David Coulter for that case number And uh if he surrendered his firearms, that’s part of the court order is that he has to surrender the his firearms, which um he did a live stream just yesterday. uh where he talked about having firearms in his vehicle as well um and allegedly he still hasn’t surrendered those firearms yet and actually uh in the live stream said that he was going to the store uh to buy new ones.
Kueker would go on to unsuccessfully ascertain the status of Coulter’s firearms in a separate follow up call to Coulter’s local sheriffs’ department.
As of press time, there have been no updates to Coulter’s condition nor have Kueker or Ghanayem shown proof that there is a “nation wide warrant” for Coulter’s arrest.
Kueker’s multiple GoFundMe accounts did not benefit from his livestreamed dramatics as no new donations were recorded for Saturday.
