In probably the worst day in the history of his channel, Thursday saw Jose “Chille” DeCastro admit that his GoFundMe did not work and that he had to borrow $6,000.00 to pay the rest of an initial $11,500.00 patent for his YouVeGotBail.AI product, out of $100,000.00 he says he will need to finish the patent on that product.

DeCastro initially boldly stated early in the month that “the trolls” would have to watch as he would have his YouVeGotBail.AI product up and running by the 20th of June as he would return to nation wide auditing and would use the product as his own fund to get himself out of jail when he was arrested for auditing.

He then released at least one of his recent audits where he timidly approached a crime scene, did nothing controversial near the crime scene, and had an officer just shake his head and walk off when DeCastro attempted to become confrontational.

DeCastro hailed the audit as his new thing, that this was what he’d be doing now that he was backed by a nation wide social media network that had his back and that would band together to “get people out of jail” and used the audit as an example of why people should donate to his GoFundMe.

Except next to no one did. A week went by without making his funding targets for the day, and with a few days of receiving no donations at all, and DeCastro stopped promoting the 20th deadline, switching it to the 25th and then “by the end of the month.”

DeCastro, despite his pleas, did not have a donation for Friday’s take, with our own GoFundMe raising $300.00 to take the title.

Saturday saw the same result for DeCastro, with SeanPaul “Long Island Audits” Reyes taking in a massive $2,964.00 haul to win the day. He was followed by our own On-Going Expense campaign with a $20.00 donation, Angel “Kansas City Accountability” Moses followed with a $5.00 donation.

No other campaigns that we follow saw donations for either day.

DeCastro has stopped promoting his campaign, focusing instead on giving away his lowly rated Auto Plaque product in a 2 for one deal, after previously lowering the price of the product by 25%. While sales improved, cutting the price of the product and giving away a second copy ruined his profit margins.

While DeCastro has claimed to be moving inventory, he isn’t doing it in a sustainable way for a product that has been designed as a “one and done” with little to no incentive to buy again.

Now that his customers are getting a two for one deal, there’s even less incentive as consumers who would have bought a second copy of the product for a second vehicle or a loved one are now getting that copy for free.

DeCastro said that now that he started work on a patent for his YouVeGotBail.AI product, it would take some time for the patent to finish due to the complexity of the product. He also claimed that he would need up to $100,000.00 to finish the patent before a nationwide launch.

He also bragged that once the patent was completed, it would draw in high value investors who it would take “years” to see a return on their investment. He made no mention of how or if his family member would be paid back the $6,000.00, he had to borrow to pay his bill to the patent attorney.

The diminutive YouTuber also received mixed news from his “Thanksgiving Day” lawsuit out of Las Vegas on Thursday.

This is the lawsuit over the arrest where DeCastro stopped to confront police on the side of the road, performed an illegal U-turn in from of them, then was briefly detained as a national registry warned that he had “violent tendencies.”

DeCastro had previously been granted an extension to perform early discovery in the case to obtain the names and information of the police officers involved in the arrest. That extension has expired and Debra K. Kepti, clerk of the United States District Court of Nevada wrote:

The official file in the above−entitled action reflects that the Complaint was filed on 11/21/2025. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) provides, in part, as follows:

“. . . If a defendant is not served within 90 days after the complaint is filed, the court − on motion or on its own after notice to the plaintiff − must dismiss the action without prejudice against that defendant or order that service be made within a specified time. But if the plaintiff shows good cause for the failure, the court must extend the time for service for an appropriate period. . .”

To date, there has been no proof of service filed as to: Defendants.

Notice is given that this action may be dismissed without prejudice as to above parties unless proof of service is filed with the clerk by 07/26/2026. Service on the party must have taken place prior to the expiration of the time limit set forth in Fed.R.Civ.P. 4(m), or good cause must be shown as to why such service was not made in that period.

Failure to comply with this notice may result in dismissal of the action without prejudice as to said parties.

DeCastro had previously claimed that he was unable to afford service of the “twenty” police officers for various outstanding for-profit lawsuits he has filed over the past year.

Should the lawsuit be thrown out due to DeCastro again missing the deadline, the statute of limitations to file suit against the officers has expired.

This is a developing news story.

Let see; is this really breaking news??
    chilli fails… again
    chilli loses in court… again
chilli promises large lawsuit and it is merely a small lolsuit again

Is there anyone is the world who is surprised by any of this?

Oh wait. chilli is always shocked whenever this happens.
    Bambi in the headlights.
Of all the people who believed their own press releases, chilli is the one person who thinks he is unstoppable and then gets stopped at every turn.

Next up lame will try to win another legal victory in his forth coming lolsuit against merb. Who has his receptionist standing by to accept any and all legal suit against him for… practising his right to free speech? Well i am sure lame can end up own merb legal fees.
Hey doesn’t chilli still owe so many thousand dollars in legal fees as well…

I am sensing a pattern here.
