Reports indicate that AI music producer, first amendment auditor, demonetized YouTuber and sometime self-proclaimed father of the year Jeremiah “Last Days of Freedom” Payne was picked up on burglary charges in Tennessee last week and may be facing an extended stay in the jail as he’s being held on $25,000.00 bond.
ReallyCoolNews received a tip on Saturday afternoon from a viewer who led us to a search for records from Robertson County, Tennessee, that showed that Payne was brought in on Thursday on Burglary charges and is facing an October 19, 2026, court date.
No details have been shared about his alleged crime as his information from the Robertson County Detention Facility indicates a generic “burglary” charge. A standard burglary charge in Tennessee is classified as a class D felony and carries between 2 to 12 years in prison and up to a $5,000.00 fine.
Payne’s struggles with money this year have been legendary as the YouTuber struggled to put together $3,000.00 earlier this year to bury his mother. A GoFundMe setup to help with funding of funeral costs received no donations earlier this year.
Because of his family’s constant struggle with funding, it is unlikely that his wife Samantha, who has been widely reported to be suffering from COPD and from a lingering injury from being hit by a car while she walked along the shoulder of a road two years ago, will be able to raise the $2,500.00 needed to get Payne out of jail.
In checks since Payne’s arrest, no new donations have been recorded towards his active GoFundMe.
On September 11, 2026, SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes took first place in the crowd sourcing race, taking in $50.00 in new donations towards his Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption! Fund.
Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearny placed second for the day with $20.00 in new donations towards his GiveSendGo account.
Saturday was dominated by John “First Amendment Protection Agency” Medaglia, whose ILLEGAL ARREST DEFENSE FUND!!! Took in $125 in new donations. Reyes followed with $100.00 in new donations towards his YouTube Demonetized Long Island Audit, Help Us Keep Fighting fund.
No campaigns that we follow saw new donations for Saturday.
Payne’s arrest came just days after he hit several YouTubers with a YouTube community post indicating that he was going to imminently sue them. That list included KFARR, Judge and Executioner, Unclean Hands and BlackHartKnight.
Payne notified each channel that they were to preserve:
YouTube videos and livestreams; Video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and comments; Screenshots and screen recordings; Dates and times of publication; View counts and engagement; Statements made by the individuals involved; Communications concerning the disputed statements; Evidence identifying the individuals responsible for publication or republication; and Evidence concerning the financial or commercial benefit allegedly derived from the disputed content. This evidence may be used in connection with complaints, legal proceedings, discovery requests, subpoenas, or other lawful remedies.
He also noted that the community post served as a final notice towards the channels involved as:
The undersigned intends to pursue available lawful remedies against individuals or entities determined to have violated applicable law.
Accordingly, all persons potentially involved are advised to preserve relevant evidence and refrain from destroying, altering, concealing, or intentionally deleting potentially relevant records.
This notice constitutes a demand that the conduct described above be taken seriously and that all potentially relevant evidence be preserved.
The status of Payne’s potential lawsuit against the channels is unclear at this time now that he is incarcerated.
Payne’s next court date is October 19, 2026.
This is a breaking news story.

JF Payne notified each channel that they were to preserve:
He really did not. he trolled them. He threatened them with a cut and paste job but there was no legal notification. All he did was send an email and when that ended up in the spam filter, did anyone really get his email?
JF He also noted that the community post served as a final notice towards the channels involved as:
It was not the final, it was not the first it was not even a notification. I bet you he does not even know that an email could be spam, could be a spoof could be anything but what it cannot be is a notification. It means nothing. It was spam.
JF The status of Payne’s potential lawsuit against the channels is unclear at this time now that he is incarcerated.
That is not true. The status has always been clear. This is a washed out loser making threats at people that he can never follow through. That he will never follow through and is merely noise to threaten people.
If, if, always a big word around here. If you really want to sue, want people to stop etc. Go and get a real lawyer. Do not cut and paste from an online source and pretend you are going to do anything.
Just do it
Follow Nike and just do it.
Get it done. File the paperwork and pay the fee….
Oh wait.
Pay the fee?
Opps, he really does not have the 450 $ fee at all.
And that is the who point here. He does not have money to sue anything or anyone. So. he makes threats, hand puppets in the shadows. All very nice but disappear when you turn on the lights, As will happen here. Even if he is found not guilty and released tomorrow…
