Wednesday featured a number of big updates for Jose “Chille” DeCastro involving delaying or changing dates in multiple lawsuits as the YouTuber continues to demonstrate his uncompromising inability to keep track of his legal activity while his new product line continues to fail.

According to DeCastro’s own website tracking, at the end of day on Wednesday, the YouTuber has only sold five of his single packages and one of his double packages for his new YouVeGotBail.ai plaque products.

With a total of 7 out of 500 products sold, the diminutive YouTuber has made $269.00 (five products at $39 and 1 product at $74) in sales since announcing the product Sunday night. This total is offset by the costs involved in upgrading existing outstanding orders of his former product to his new product with DeCastro offering a random number between 20 and 40 outstanding orders.

Even at the middle range of 30 orders, the upgrade process has left DeCastro in the red as he was charging $25 for the old trifolds and $39 for the new plaque. By honoring the sale of the old product, he’s robbed himself of $420.00 in sales as he’s already pocketed the $750.00 from the old sale.

The slow start to his product line has got to be putting pressure on the YouTuber as he’s invested $8,000.00 in essentially a new and bigger version of his negatively received 5A Cop card product.

DeCastro has recently declared that the product will be the primary source of revenue to fund his full YouVeGotBail.ai media empire. Which leaves many to worry about the fate of his business as his product is not setting the world on fire.

The YouTuber got a small victory Wednesday afternoon when his attorney in his failed lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, Michael Mee, filed a motion to extend the deadline to reply to the defense’s motion for costs and fees by another week.

With the attorney for the defense providing no objection to the motion, Mee now has until March 25, 2026, to provide the court with his objection to the defense’s request.

DeCastro is also appealing that lawsuit, and his appeal is now docketed with the Ninth Circuit. The failed Power Ranger has until March 23, 2026, to fill out a mediation questionnaire. He then has until April 27, 2026, to file his opening brief. The defense would then have until May 26, 2026, to respond to his brief.

Finally, in an update to Tuesday’s DeCastro news, a court in the Western District of Oklahoma went ahead and issued DeCastro’s requested summons. DeCastro had the lawsuit moved from California to Oklahoma in January, but the court had not issued summons for DeCastro to use to serve the defendants.

While the Court did not issue a ruling on Wednesday, it did issue the summons as requested by DeCastro to use to serve the defendants.

However, the Count ended up revoking one of the summonses since DeCastro had requested a summons for District Attorney Dan Jacobsma. Jacobsma is the district attorney prosecuting DeCastro for three charges of molesting a police vehicle, which inspired DeCastro’s civil case.

Jacobsma has not been named as a defendant in the lawsuit and is not named in DeCastro’s complaint.

In crowd sourcing news, none of DeCastro’s remaining crowd sourcing efforts saw new donations for Thursday.

Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit “won” the day by losing $10.00 in value due to conversion rate changes between CAD and USD.

No other campaigns had activity for Thursday.
