WNN Claims DeCastro Contacting Children

The Welsh News Network live stream on Friday, January 20, 2023, brought news that may impact the entire First Amendment (1A) Auditing community and its loudest personality, Jose “Chille” DeCastro.

After the usual comedy shenanigans and bater between the hosts, including co-hosts Hank, Becca and Shuggy, to begin the show, the group turned their attention to Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s live stream from earlier in the night. They had a brief discussion of DeCastro’s misinterpretation of Pennsylvania vs. Mimms, which was the subject of DeCastro’s live stream, then host Welsh News Network dropped a bombshell report on DeCastro’s activities involving children in both Ironton, Ohio and Huntington, West Virginia.

Welsh reported that he and others in the group had received a tip off from an informant that shared online postings and private communication from DeCastro in which he contacted children from both states to recruit their friends to come to a massive rally to be held in the name Jacqueline “Laney” Hudson, who was killed in a police related traffic accident in West Virginia late last year.

Hudson’s cause has been one of the many things that DeCastro has focused on since his pivot back to 1A auditing and an increased focus on anti-police leanings since the first of the year. DeCastro has also, disturbingly, focused a good portion of his rhetoric on children, stating that he is still in touch with teenagers from Ironton, Ohio, and has directed Hudson’s teenaged friends to interfere with the investigation into her accidental death by confiscating the cameras from homes and businesses in the area of the accident.

Welsh’s reporting takes things further, with DeCastro recruiting children to leave their homes and cross state lines without telling their parents to attend the rally for Hudson. DeCastro is allegedly using his status as a “Hollywood Actor” in order to draw them into the cause and promising them that they would be reimbursed for their travels three times over when they arrived at the rally. Welsh laid out a scenario in which the children acting on behalf of DeCastro contact their friends who then are contacted in a group chat by DeCastro, who encourages them to attend the rally.

While the date and time of the rally has not been reported, only that it was to be held this weekend, Welsh indicated that he had enough information from the informants, with confirmation of the information from secondary sources, to contact the FBI. A report was made and the FBI confirmed that there was an open investigation of DeCastro at this time.

These reports seem to confirm the reporting by Frauditor Reaper last week that she was told by an FBI agent that there was an investigation at that time into DeCastro’s communications with minors from Ironton, Ohio.

Welsh stated that he was going public with the information at this time as he was concerned about the children with Becca chiming in that these children reportedly are coming in from multiple states, were unaware of the area, and had no set housing or shelter when they did arrive in Huntington. The children DeCastro allegedly contacted are between 12-16 years old. Welsh stated that he doesn’t care if DeCastro was diverted from his travels and called off the rally, as long as the children that DeCastro allegedly contacted would not be endangered by his plans.

The planned meeting place was reportedly a car park next to the courthouse in Huntington, West Virginia. DeCastro had broadcast from a parking lot in an undisclosed state earlier in the night, wearing clothes designed for a warmer climate. DeCastro had his bedroll on clear display and was accompanied by his dog Charlie.

Hours after the broadcast, Rights On, an associate of DeCastro, released a video mocking Welsh’s coverage and ending the video with a close-up of Welsh’s face while the sound of a shotgun firing played.
