Failed Power Ranger and inventor of the jock sock Jose “Chille” DeCastro expressed his thoughts on arrests for driving while intoxicated on his Friday livestream while watching the footage of the DUI arrest of professional golfer Tiger Woods.
DeCastro has apparently unified his plan for drunk drivers once he achieves the role of Governor of California. Under a DeCastro administration, drunk drivers would face a mix of criminal and non-criminal punishments.
The first level of punishment under his administration would be the total impounding of a drunk driver’s vehicle. Currently, most states impound vehicles temporarily when encountering a drunk driver and often forgo the impoundment process if a sober driver can be found to take the vehicle.
The diminutive YouTuber’s plan would also call for jailing of a repeated violator after seven arrests for drunk driving, stating that at that point the person is never going to learn to change their ways.
He again stated that his preferred punishment for a drunk driving offender would be sentencing them to 52 weeks of eating dinner one day a week with a family who has lost a family member due to a drunk driving incident.
DeCastro addressed critics in his side chat who said that he was advocating for allowing drunk drivers to avoid punishment for their actions. He said this was not the case and that he was opposed to drunk driving.
He said that while he may indulge in marijuana usage from time to time he would never drive while under the influence of marijuana or alcohol. He promised that if his fans ever heard of him being arrested for driving while intoxicated, they should know it was a lie as he would never do so.
The candidate for “government” also announced that under his future administration, if a police officer ever used the phrase “We’re beyond that point” in an interaction with a member of the public, that officer would be immediately fired from the police force.
He also expressed his belief that 90% of police officers carry “drop weapons” or “drop drugs” on them in order to plant at crime scenes. His proof of this was his assurance to his fans that he has talked with former police officers on his livestreams who have assured him that it was true.
Addressing his planned rebrand to YouVeGotBail.ai, DeCastro announced that he would consider himself the best first amendment auditor in America. He told his audience that he was currently filming auditing instructional videos and that he was looking forward to training a new set of auditors.
DeCastro recently announced in a community post that he was seeking new partners to audit with. This followed recent comments from the YouTuber on his inability to find reliable partners to work with and his displeasure with most of the auditing community.
He stressed that he would soon be embarking on a nation-wide audit spree as part of his rebranding process.
Despite his promises of fame and fortune, DeCastro continued to have problems drawing attention to the handful of crowd sourcing campaigns he is actively running at the end of the week.
For Friday, Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker’s Support the Fight for Our Constitutional Rights campaign won the day with $10.00 in new donations.
He was followed by Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit campaign, which lost $5.00 in value for the day due to exchange rate changes between CAD and USD.
Saturday saw no new donations to any of the campaigns that we follow; Hudon-Huneault’s campaign, however, lost another $15.00 in value for the day.
DeCastro’s woes in selling his “Fifth Amendment Auto Plaque” continued at the end of the week as the public does not seem to be embracing the product.
There are still 493 single units out of 500 units, 498 double unit packages out of 500 units and 496 triple unit packages out of 500 units available for sale on the site.
This is a continuing news story.
