Fashionable singlet model, bicycle enthusiast, air conditioner repair man and social media influencer Lane Myers joined a very confused Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker on Saturday for an interview that was broadcast by Kueker on Sunday featuring Myers’ thoughts on the third hearing in the provocation process that is scheduled for later today.
Kueker, who isn’t known for his preparedness, seemed to frustrate Myers as he was either ill-informed or other informed about events in the real world. He had not read the recent ruling denying recusal by Judge D. Douglas Metcalf and seemed unfamiliar with the events in the case as he was unable to hold a steady conversation with Myers.
The frazzled YouTuber would continue to misstate events around the case, even after the interview had finished. At one point blaming the prosecution for the number of hearings when it was in fact Myers’ attorney’s demand for extended audio excerpts that had pushed the case to multiple days.
For the most part, Myers stuck to previous talking points during the interview. He again blamed our reporter, JUDYYOUGOTTHIS, for “harassment” as Myers’ victim wouldn’t know that he had been living streaming about his case and allegedly violating his probation if Judy hasn’t mentioned it to his victim.
Myers: I’ve never harmed anybody, so like why would I start now? No, that doesn’t mean I I haven’t harmed their feelings because they harassed themselves by finding my videos and watching them. Has anybody been made aware Judy was arrested for harassment yet?
‘Cause like we said, (the victim’s husband) testified at the last hearing. (the victim’s husband) testified that The only reason he him and (the victim) were aware of the videos that I was making is because Judy contacted them and told them that I was making videos about different things and not even them.
Kueker: She’s been arrested? So wouldn’t that be…
Myers: No, I’m saying has she been?
Kueker: No.
Myers alluded to surprises as his defense had planned for more hearings beyond Monday:
We’re gonna call my probation officer back up there and get him to say some stupid shit again, make himself look like an idiot, and uh then There’s gonna be some other people that go up there that we can’t say right now over this because it’s gonna be a big surprise.
And then uh but that might not be on even uh That might not be it, because it’s only a half a day. So that might be it. But at some point I’m gonna get it up there, but probably not on Monday.
As far as figuring out if I violated or not. We’re gonna have we’ve already had two full days. Monday will be a half a day and I’m assuming another like I said we Walker on Monday and then we’ll get my probation officer and that might be it.
Well and then I’m expecting another day Full day. Half day, full day, two half days, whatever. So it’s gonna be a little bit here, so you know.
Myers was also under the impression that the fairly balanced piece published by the Arizona Republic on his case somehow exonerated him of wrongdoing. He demanded someone step forward and challenge the published article, which again, he assumed was in his favor.
So where’s the reporter that presents the facts to make it look like I’m doing something wrong? Where other than the church who doesn’t even know what they’re talking about, who gets so many things. I’m talking about a source fact-based article on a platform of meaning. Where there’s not bias and they’re willing to get sued for their statements.
Fine so if anybody wants to challenge me, say ask me the tough questions, I’m not going nowhere anytime. I’m sitting here in jail. Spend your little pen dollars and set up the app and text me.
Myers’ caveat that he would sue over statements that he felt were “biased” continued the same pattern of Myers threatening those who are critical of his actions with lawsuits. Myers had previously threatened to file an injunction against first year family law attorney John “Merb34st” Rietveld for “harassment” while threatening our own publication with multiple lawsuits over the past two years.
The jailed YouTube influencer went on to deny reading the recent ruling by Judge Metcalf and denying knowing who Joey Paine was, despite previous filings indicating that Paine, which is widely rumored to be Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray under a pseudonym represented his company.
Myers has been restricted from contacting Grey for the length of his probation. Grey started Kueker’s stream by sharing Myers’ GiveSendGo address with the side chat, which was later pinned by Kueker.
He also alluded to Grey participating in his crimes and found it unfair that Grey was not charged in similar fashion.
Finally, Myers turned his scorn upon his victim’s lack of testimony in the case. He claimed that she had never testified under oath in the case and that her lack of testimony would mean that he should go free.
It is noted that Myers pled guilty to two felony harassment and stalking in the case in the summer of 2025. The victim did not have the opportunity to testify in that case.
He then predicted that the victim would be brought in to testify by the prosecution, despite the prosecution resting their case at the last hearing.
Yeah, so so imagine the victim being able to send somebody up there to testify on their behalf. And that person is a prosecutor. So so Where we’re what I’m getting at here is that you know the state put their the the state said here’s how we’re gonna put e-value information.
We’re gonna we’re gonna put some of your videos up there that have nothing to do with the (his victims). We’re gonna put your probation up there, officer up there is gonna testify that he had nothing to do with this. You’re gonna put your former partner up there and have her testify about stuff that has nothing to do with this.
And then we’re gonna put (the victim’s husband) up there to testify how he feels about my videos or my conditions or how they affected his wife. But at no point, like I said, they’ve rested their case. They don’t. They didn’t they didn’t call the victim.
The victim is in the courtroom but hasn’t been There’s no case in history where the victim is sitting there. Like you can’t have tri the if the victim isn’t one of the you know how many cases we all heard cases get dismissed because the victim won’t testify, right? Yeah, so if we don’t want to testify, how how do we have a case?
I don’t know for her. You can put anybody up there ’cause then she’s not forced to answer these questions under oath. So I’m saying no, to answer your other question Uh you know, obviously there’s gonna be an effort to get her to testify, I’m sure at some point.
I haven’t talked to my lawyer about it, but I don’t know if The state is gonna call her, but I mean I don’t know how this works in numbers. I’ve never been through this. I’m assuming the state is gonna call her though They haven’t yet is my point.
Up to this point the state hasn’t called her, so I would think at the next hearing the state’s gonna call her. The state’s gonna say, yeah, the victim uh is gonna go under oath and say she felt a certain way Because I don’t see how there’s any case I don’t see how an appeals court would hold off the fact that the victim was six feet from the witness stand and never took the stand But then I was but by through hearsay, you know, she sent a messenger up there to to say how she felt. I just don’t see how that would be uh valid testimony.
Myers implored his fans to donate to his GiveSendGo account as the interview wound down, indicating that a lack of funding could mean bad things for his dog and his own livelihood.
The jailed influencer won the crowd sourcing title for Monday with $25.00 in new donations towards his GiveSendGo account.
