The Welsh News Network nightly YouTube broadcasts continue to be suspended by YouTube due to significant abuse of YouTube’s copyright system by Jose “Chille” DeCastro.
Host Dan of the Welsh News Network addressed fans of the channel as he released the following statement this morning, “Status Update,
We have been hit by yet more Chile Copyright claims and are working with YouTube to get this cleared up as quickly as possible.
We have been hit with 56 False Fraudulent DMCA strikes all by Mr. Jose Maria Decastro aka Delete Lawz, frankly at this point YouTube needs to step up and take some responsibility for allowing him to continually do this to Us and other creators.
Some of the Videos he had struck are now back up and available for viewing.
We WILL be back on air as soon as we are able to do so. Thank you all for your messages of support and friendship, we miss you all as well and look forward to the day we can once again be with you all live.”
