A message was posted on Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney’s (Turtleboy) social media encouraging his fans to help remind him of how many people “have his back” by replying to the messages with kind messages and photos.
The request, made days after Kearney admitted under oath during a protection order hearing that he had previously engaged in distributing revenge porn, encouraged his followers to post “up to 5 screeenshots at a time” that would be then sent to Turtleboy in order to remind him of “the army he has behind him.”
The message read,

Just got a message from Aidan. He gets through the day easier when he is reminded how many of us have his back and don’t believe the latest lie being used to smear and incarcerate him. Comment under this post if you’d like to send him an uplifting message, then screenshot other positive messages you see. You can send up to 5 screenshots at a time. Being in jail is hard, but it’s good for him to be reminded of the army he has behind him.
