Jose “Chille” DeCastro won the day for Wednesday with a $20.00 take for his Lawyer Fund Only – All Dollars Go to Lawyers fund, doubling the take of our own On-Going Expenses fund for the day of $10.00.
Tuesday’s GoFundMe race ended in the same way it does most days, with our own Ongoing Expenses fund winning the day and not a dime going to any of the multiple campaigns associated with Jose “Chille” DeCastro. Leaving one to wonder if DeCastro would have been better off financially if he had been convicted of recent charges.
Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s “Justice for All Legal Battle for Accountability” fund took the GoFundMe crown for Labor Day, bringing in an enormous $20.00 donation and dominating even our own On-Going Expenses account, which was dark for the holiday.

YouTuber Craig Hendry announced his surprise victory over the prosecution in his contempt of court case for allegedly participating in recording in a courthouse in Greene County, Indiana.
Independent Journalist Craig Hendry acted more like a first amendment auditor in his most recent video as he “reported” from the Starke County, Indiana, courthouse after being rejected by security for filming in the building.
Craig “Who?” Hendry was in full sovereign citizen mode as he live streamed his attempt to retrieve items “stolen” from him when he was “kidnapped” by the Lake County, Indiana, Sheriff’s department sometime in the unspecified past.

Craig Hendry issued a threat to prosecutors after he was not jailed on Thursday for contempt of court as what he thought was a contempt of court hearing over seen by the prosecutor in the case turned out to be a preliminary hearing to set up the contempt of court case on August 15.

In a case where the defense has complained about Jose “Chille” DeCastro doing everything possible to delay or obstruct proceedings even after sanctions and warnings by the Judge, DeCastro made the unusual choice not to file an opposition motion required for Friday’s sanctions hearing, delaying the case yet again.
Friday was another day at the Tarrant County, Texas, courthouse for Carolyn “Carolina in Fort Worth” Rodriguez as she was unsuccessful in her attempt to get a retrial for her conviction for interference in police duties in a case that drew national attention last summer.
