An angered SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes addressed fans from outside a Connecticut courthouse on Thursday after receiving a 90-day suspended sentence, one year of probation, $212.00 in court costs and a criminal stay away order from the family of former Connecticut state trooper Brian Fahey that will end in 2099.

Reyes addressed the Judge’s apparent decision to reject his defense that a private road sign did not equal a no trespassing sign in the eyes of the law.

Reyes commented:

The judge, Cody Guinari again, said that he completely rejected, completely rejected my position. That the private road dead end no turnaround sign was a sign meant for vehicles. Let me say that again. Judge Cody Guanari, the 36, 37, whatever Aldi is, the newly appointed judge here, selected, not elected, selected. Um, and again. I I don’t know if he’s gonna watch this.

And I I say this with all due respect, Judge. I mean A private road sign. A private road dead end no turnaround sign is clearly a sign for vehicles. In fact, in fact, if you go On the website where you can purchase the sign, Private Road Dead and it is under the category of vehicle signs. Wow. But apparently in this court, it means no trespassing. Do not enter. You better stay out. So As far as, and then he said uh that was the one element, right?

He said that he completely rejects the court completely rejects the notion that this is a vehicle sign Well, okay. And then also found that I knewingly I knew I was unlicensed or privileged to uh enter the property of the Fahis because of the quote unquote animosity that There was between Fi Fehey and I that I that I knew I was unlicensed or privileged because of the animosity. You know, I think it’s a much better argument to say that I knew I wasn’t gonna be welcomed.

That I wasn’t gonna have sit down for tea. He wasn’t gonna invite me in. I think that’s reasonable.

But unlicensed or privileged, that’s like a legal term. Again, this is coming from my brain. A legal term And I thought that everybody has a legal right to knock on anybody’s door. I thought we’re allowed to ask public officials doors. You know how many doors I’ve knocked on where people have had animosity? Guess what? I’m sure you got animosity with solar panel salesmen, don’t you? We hate them knocking on our door, don’t we? But they keep knocking Pass no trespassing signs.

Reyes would go on to mock the Fahey family and the victim impact statements made by former officer Fahey’s wife and adult child:

And the craziest part A criminal order of protection that was issued against every single member of the Fahey household. Colin Fehey Kylie Fahey, Kimberly Fahey, and Brian Fahey. And these these by the way, these kids are like adults, by the way.

They’re not kids. They’re literally adults living with their parents. So let’s be clear here But it’s hard times out there, I will say.

But I just wanted to make sure I’m not trying to criticize them for that. I’m just trying to you know living with your parents is automatically assume that you know you’re little maybe, but these are adults, like real adults She said that she suffered from PTSD. Wait till you see it.

Wait till you see she said she suffered, but you’ve all seen, you’ve all been here. What has she been doing to me every single time she sees me? Laughing. Smiling, pointing at me, evil eye. She’s a s listen, I think she’s a liar, just like her father, okay Just like her father. Think she’s they’re both lying, okay?

That’s my personal opinion. And again, I’m not talking directly to them. Let’s be clear So we got order protections, stay away order protections.

And you want to guess? Put it put a guess in the chat. Let’s take a guess, chat I want you guys to guess how long do you think and better yet, what year I’m gonna be, I got the chat in front of me.

What year Does the order of protections, stay away order protections, the criminal stay away order protections, what year does do those expire? Put it in there right now Well, I mean, I guess because you were came from Leroy stream, that’s how you’d know in Leroy let the cow the cat out of the bag. 2099 That’s so it wasn’t a fair test.

So you whoever guessed 2099, you never would have guessed that if you didn’t know. So you get no credit for that. Because nobody in their right mind would ever guess That an order of protection would last until 2099.

They thought that they went up there and read their little scripts. Especially what’s her name Kylie. Such an unoriginal name. Kylie. Faye thought she went up there and like, this man’s been torturing us and threatening us for four years and And I suffer from PTSD and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this. No, and my father’s a hero and my father’s a good father.

I don’t know if he is. He could be a good father. That’s one I don’t know But what I will say is he’s definitely not a hero. He’s definitely a coward. And he’s definitely an unhinged criminal badge sug with a badge. Well, no longer badge.

Fahey took a diversion program for his part in the 2025 incident with Reyes, receiving no jail time as long as he kept out of trouble. He also retired from the Connecticut State Police shortly after the incident.

Reyes would go on to direct his fans to his Patreon page, where he promised that he would be releasing footage of the trial. Membership access to see his videos start at $5.00 per month.

The demonetized YouTuber also pledged to appeal the verdict, asking for his supporters for their financial support in his time of need.

This is a breaking news story.
