Fan proclaimed “King of All First Amendment Auditors” SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes went live on Tuesday with accusations that President of the Suffolk County Police Benevolent Association Lou Civello was plotting with Suffolk Majority Leader Nick Caracappa to arrange a police raid on his house designed to take his life.
He stated:
I received an email From someone who I confirmed their identity, their real person. I cannot give you the details of this person right now, but I received an email from a credible source that I’ve confirmed Telling me to watch out that Lou Civello, the Suffolk County Police Union president, and legislator Nick Caracappa. Have been plotting to take my life, to catch me alone somewhere.
And it gets worse. They want to make me The poster boy, in the source’s terms, of domestic terrorism. They want to make me the face of First Amendment auditing, but in the worst way.
Not what it really supposed to stand for, but they’re trying to paint me to be a terrorist in the eyes of the federal government. My house. My home, where my three-year-old son, my four-year-old son Elijah, my three-year-old son Josiah, they live with me.
My wife, my home is going to be raided. I also got a phone call. I spoke on the phone with a confirmed law enforcement officer.
I confirmed these things. I pulled over on the side of the road because it’s a concerning to me. It’s concerning to me that this is happening to me for exercising my First Amendment rights peacefully using a 14-foot LED billboard truck.
Reyes offered no proof as he was standing in front of a brick wall addressing the camera, claiming that he was tipped off from two sources that the pair somehow arranged with the Suffolk County police to arrange a raid of his house using a SWAT team in order to either kill him or take him into custody.
The rotund YouTuber said that after his arrest that he would be tried on Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) charges as Civello allegedly wanted to make him the face of first amendment auditing.
He begged authorities not to raid his house and “pull guns” on his children in any late-night raid and stated that he would fully comply with any warrant for his arrest without violence. Reyes repeatedly showed pictures of his children before accusing Civello of having ties to the mafia and being part of a conspiracy that apparently involves United States Attorney General Todd Blanche.
Reyes, of course, said that he couldn’t fully go into details on YouTube but would proudly livestream those details on his paid Patreon page with a livestream scheduled for Wednesday on the platform.
He commented:
I’m you know the only criminal enterprise is the Suffolk County Police Union. And again, I pulled over on the side of the road. I’m on my way to the uh town meeting in Groton Connecticut because even though that on my probation the work doesn’t stop.

I believe it was done by the Suffolk County Police Union President and his connections with the federal government.
Uh example, his best friend, Attorney General General Todd Blanche. He’s been talking about getting YouTubers demonetized who agitate the police, who harass the police. Um, so you know Long Island Audit was always just something that I worked on.
I didn’t expect to I started this without making money. I picked up a camera and went and challenged government and exercised my rights peacefully before I ever had a dime from YouTube. So the mission doesn’t stop.
As of press time, Reyes had 969 paid members on the platform, up roughly 100 paid members since his statement. With 1,300 total members, it is a far cry from the roughly one million subscribers he has on the YouTube platform, which recently demonetized his channel.
Reyes blamed Civello and Attorney General Blanche for the demonetization of his channel, along with roughly 100-200 other first amendment auditing channels.
With his windfall of subscribers on the Patreon platform, Reyes is expected to make $4,845.00 this month if all the memberships are at the $5.00 base level. This, again, is a far cry from the estimated $30,000.00 he used to make off of YouTube per month.
Even with his dramatic announcement, Reyes did not win the fundraising title for Wednesday.
The fundraising title went to Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearny, who pulled in $2,632.00 for the day in donations to his GiveSendGo account.
Reyes placed second with $988.00 spread across three active GoFundMe accounts. He has yet to open a GoFundMe dedicated to the supposed threats from Civello, though he does have existing GoFundMe campaigns covering both his demonetization and his fight against the police union.
Lane Myers placed third for the day with $50.00 donated towards his GiveSendGo account.
For the midmonth, Kearny’s GiveSendGo account has taken a commanding lead with $21,296.00 in total donations.
Reyes placed second with $3,545.00 spread across three active GoFundMe campaigns.
Our own On-Going expenses campaign placed third with $350.00 in total donations with the fund for Luis “The Real Constitutional Upholders” Johnson taking fourth with $282.00 in total donations for the month.
Myers placed fifth with $265.00 in new donations for the month.
