Regan Benson’s latest outrage saw her outside of the Brix on Bellview apartment complex in Englewood, Colorado, on Monday where she “exposed” the building’s trespassing agreement with police following a negative phone call Monday morning with the Brix’s manager, only identified as Natasha.

Benson explained that she was hung up on by the manager after confronting her with the signed agreement that an employee had signed with Englewood police, granting them broad authority to visit the property and trespass homeless individuals.

During the call, Benson confronted Natasha with the news that a maintenance manager had signed the agreement with the police. Natasha stated that the individual no longer worked there but would not be rescinding the agreement as they’ve had a problem with homeless people entering their secure facilities and sleeping in their units.

After listening to Benson’s complaint, Natasha explained that she was in the only one in the office and needed to get back to work before ending the call. Benson took this as her “hanging up” and enacted her plan to “expose” Natasha based on the interaction.

Benson announced that she immediately retaliated against the property by writing a negative review on Google and sharing her documents of the agreement. Her activities in the area, where she approached residents of the building, was a continuation of this campaign.

The sometime advocate for the homeless explained that she “always brought receipts” and that from her findings, based on interactions where she yelled inquiries at passersby about their residency of the building and their knowledge of the agreement, all of the tenants “were not happy” about the agreement management had with police.

Benson would later walk out of her vehicle and attempt to directly approach residents about her concerns, only to insult and degrade the residents after they were out of earshot of her camera as they didn’t seem to take her seriously.

Monday’s outrage was part of her bigger campaign to expose to her audience Englewood area businesses were not on her approval list. She added the local Taco Bell to the list, as someone there had also given police blanket authority to operate on their property without a service call.

Benson would go on to attack Natasha, asserting her belief the manager had a liberal arts degree that resulted in her management job that didn’t pay enough to help with her student loans.

The free-range grandmother’s motivation for her directed attacks on the Brix and other facilities has been in question as she’s shown a pattern of retaliation against those who anger her though “citizen journalism” and featuring them on her livestream.

Benson’s rage against Englewood was refueled over Independence Day weekend where she got into an altercation with a manager of an Englewood Wal-Mart. It was followed by her brief detainment at the Englewood city council meeting last week for trespassing; a charge she has vowed to fight.

This follows a weekend of outrage for the YouTuber as she’s previously targeted a Denver Citizen’s Advisory board, the Englewood police, and over 40 businesses in a three-hour livestream from her car Sunday night.

Her outrage tour is expected to continue later this week.
