Activist for the homeless, cop watcher, first amendment auditor and sometimes vengeance/the night Regan Benson posted a new statement on her YouTube community page addressing judges in Colorado on Thursday and would later livestream after a traffic accident in Lone Tree, Colorado.
First, the extended statement. Benson is involved in multiple civil lawsuits between Englewood and Denver, Colorado. She recently attended a court hearing where an Englewood police officer approached her after testifying and put his arm around her inappropriately.
Benson addresses the situation in her extended statement:
COLORADO-
While it’s not enough, Colorado passed some legislation this past year to at least appear like an effort is being made to hold judges accountable throughout the state. Judges are a problem everywhere across this country- that’s certainly no secret.
Denver remains its own city and county and therefore not subject to the same process which is IN FACT why county court moron low IQ judges like Barry Schwartz (pictured) remain in their elected positions to abuse the public with their bias- because voters are stupid.
I mean, when the chief county judge in Denver, Kerri Lombardi, is married to a Denver cop, what could go wrong? That’s totally not a conflict of interest or anything and especially when she’s presiding over criminal cases involving DENVER COPS. True story.
At any rate, if you want to study up on Colorado’s newly revised judicial discipline and reporting, I just used it for the first time to report a judge in Arapahoe County that thought it was cute and allowed an Englewood, CO cop to walk up to me while I was seated in the gallery viewing open court, DIRECTLY after he testified in a trial, and put his hand on me while leaning his face into mine. This tyrant started patting me on the back in an effort to retaliate and intimidate, telling me that he really appreciated me. It was witnessed by many and when I looked up at the judge, she just had a cute little smile on her face as she kept running her stupid mouth. Just so happens this same cop is a named defendant in my civil rights lawsuit: Benson v Englewood
I always try to follow accountability process, but we know how that works for us, the peasants. The system starts drumming up persecution and prosecution. I filed a complaint with the Englewood PD and given their documented history of ALL of my complaints being entirely ignored for the past several years, they’re ignoring this one too. Imagine that.
The judge should be held accountable for her own conduct of allowing and encouraging this type of behavior from the police in her courtroom. It’s absolutely NO SECRET she fully supports police misconduct. Her name is Christina Apostoli- I recognize her as platypus (over botoxed) face. One has to really look good for the audience, wearing a long black dress while informing the “community” that jail is an appropriate sentence for following and recording cops while on duty.

Benson would later livestream from a police station in Lone Tree, Colorado, following what she described as a hit and run where her new truck was damaged.
According to the activist, she watched as a woman drove across several lanes without a blinker on and side swiped her car on Interstate 25. Instead of pulling over to trade insurance, the woman allegedly sped off.
Lone Tree police officers handled the call, and she was at the station to commend the officers and to seek further information on homeless services in Douglas County, Colorado.
Benson claimed that Douglas County has “solved” homelessness by voluntarily or involuntarily shipping their homeless population to Denver. She said that the local government was promoting the idea that giving money to homeless individuals was not helpful as money should be donated directly to one of their list of approved homeless-related organizations.
The activist of the homeless revealed that her 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, the Helping Hands for Dignity Coalition, was not currently on the list and she’d be seeking its inclusion in the future.
As she entered the building, she impatiently waited at a service window for help. She said she needed to speak to someone about homeless services and how to file an commendation for the two officers who helped her.
Eventually, the woman working the window would attempt to direct her to online and telephone services for her needs as no one was directly available at the moment. She refused these services and demanded to speak to someone in person.
After a few minutes of waiting in the lobby, a community service officer asked from across the room if she was the woman who needed help. This enraged Benson, who called the man a “fucking punk” for not knowing her name or why she was there.
Now fully enraged, she said the man was useless and stormed out of the building. Now fully ranting in her truck, she said she would not be giving the police officers accommodations, and she was “not going to tolerate” the treatment she just experienced at the station.
She eventually calmed down and shared her on-going problems following brain surgery last spring to replace her temporal lobe bone. While the surgery itself went well, Benson refused an extended stay in the hospital after she claimed the hospital “overdosed” her and put her life in jeopardy.
The YouTuber said that while she initially had no problems, recently she’s had multiple side effects including memory loss, speech issues and intense ear pain. She is going in for further tests and implored her fans to donate “millions of dollars” to her homeless outreach organization.
While not life threatening, she brought the source of her pain back to Judge Barry Schwartz. She said that her temporal lobe bone was damaged in an attack by a homeless man and that Schwartz showed leniency towards the homeless man in future court hearings.
She continued to rage against the judge as her livestream came to a close.
As part of the stream, Benson noted that long time moderator Irish Rover has quit and no longer wants to be associated with her channel. She chastised the man, who was once her most loyal supporter, as he refused to take part in her “mandatory” required actions that she had laid out for her volunteer moderators.
Benson is expected to livestream again over the weekend.
