Free Range Grandmother and sometime advocate for the homeless in Southern Denver Regan Benson announced on her Monday livestream that that she would be holding a “political speech and redress event” somewhere in the Denver area on July 4, 2026.
Benson offered little to no information on the event, stating that she was being tight lipped about the location of the event as she feared interference from the Denver police, who, she claimed, were actively seeking ways to put her in jail and/or end her life.
The Denver area native stated that she fully expected to lose her appeal of a conviction for doxing a police officer and that by this time next year she would be in jail serving her sixty-day sentence.
She spent the rest of the hour-plus long livestream watching a video of an Arizona police officer facing a Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Board review. Benson bemoaned the fact that Colorado’s version of POST could not permanently strip a certificate from police officer’s certificate if the officer deserved suspension.
Benson also announced that she may be returning to homeless outreach in Denver, which she followed up on with a post on her YouTube channel’s community page on Tuesday:

You all remember Sgt. Lewis from the Colorado State Patrol Executive Security Branch in Downtown Denver?
Well, he’s been on my camera during the course of his duties. I’ve had a couple seperate interactions with him trying to address this issue of CSP driving all over the grass of Veteran’s Memorial Park while participating in class warfare activities aka targeting the homeless to move along.
Sgt Lewis made a valiant effort last week at redemption for a really bad interaction we’d previously had when I approached his car he was sitting in, in Veterans Park. He got out of the car and patrolled the park on foot while I walked along with him. We had a good interaction and discussion about outreach and services.
He seemed to be genuinely trying and I should support that and highlight that.
So here we are.
He will also soon find out that I’m going to hold him to account for what he said he would do, by offering services and simple items of outreach for survival like; water. He was already compiling a services list. ( no clue why government is so inefficient in knowing the taxpayer supported services it purports to have for people that supposedly don’t want them)
But I’m going to do my part also and assemble hygiene/outreach items for the CSP Executive Security Branch and make sure they have those items and are distributing them.
