Free range grandma, sometime supporter of the First Amendment and occasional homeless outreach specialist Regan Benson returned to her YouTube channel’s community page on Saturday for another scathing review of her upcoming trial in Denver.
Benson is on trial for charges stemming from an incident in September of last year where she put out the home address of a Denver police commander on a livestream and told her viewers that they should hold a “pig roast” at his house.

Benson wrote:
This coming Wednesday March 25th, I’ll be on trial in Denver. Courtroom 3E.
Games begin at 830 am with jury selection.
The judge has already put his TOTAL BIAS on display by calling me a liar in his ruling for motion to dismiss.
Yeah ok youngster, former prosecutor for the DA’s office. You’ve lost all credibility already. Judge Shamsid-Deen is a TOTAL amateur at this lawyer and law thing. Welcome to your best friend in public scrutiny Judge Sham-Job. 😁
Dirty Denver cops alone have arrested me 7 times by way of crafty lying warrant writing since 2023. None of these cases (knock on wood for a jury with brains for this 7th case) have ever resulted in a conviction. I’ve sued them twice. They don’t stop arresting me.
Why?
Nobody cares.
They’re never held accountable.
It’s a hunger game to them and the city.
The goal is to un-alive me so I’ll stop talking. The city doesn’t care, Denver taxpayers dish out tens of millions in lawsuits for police misconduct.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
Free speech is DOA in America. Fact.
We (me and people like me) have to fight like this just to keep it on life support, often times while performing CPR.
That’s what this case is about too- SPEECH THAT HURT COPS FEELINGS because they’re dirty rotten worthless emotional moronic cops. So, they of course went through the motions of lying for drama effect.
First, they claimed they feared for their lives and families lives because of me, then it was they feared my YT followers, now they’re back to focusing on fearing for their lives because of me. 🤷♀️
They have not a single stitch of evidence or proof to reveal how anything that I have EVER said or done has harmed them in any way. They have their lies, drama and each other and that’s it.

Who knows what story they’re going to tell this Wednesday.
I suspect the jury will see right through it but many games get played at trials by rotten judges and juries are like a trip to Vegas.
I just want to hold out hope that 6 of my peers on a given day in a given room aren’t total goners in the brain. 🤷♀️

The prosecution knows they are flinging 💩 to the wall to see if it might stick.
Important stuff. You know, since all the real crime has been solved in Denver.

Oh oh oh, now that IS something I would like to read if anyone has a copy of why she was called a liar in the public record,

this is the real life example of the liar paradox. Go look it up.
If she lied to the judge and he called her on it, he could, would and should either hold her in contempt or have the DA file additional charges. Since the documents she would have submitted would have to be sworn, there would be no space for reasonable doubt.
Or simply lock her away for contempt for lying to the court. 30-60-90 days? Or better 180 days, for the more sever cases of lying can be handed down. So just what did she say when she was accused of lying?

We can guess.
Maybe she wrote, “being of sound mind”?
Maybe she claimed she was innocent?
That she was a peaceful citizen going about her business when all of a sudden the state dragged her into court?
That all the charges are lies as she WOULD NEVER harass, endanger or threaten law enforcement.
Can someone get that ruling please!
