Regan Benson EXPOSES Denver County Court Presiding Judge Kerri Lombardi in Livestream Update

Always entertaining Denver area free-range grandmother Regan Benson returned to downtown Denver on Tuesday for a livestream targeting Denver County Court Presiding Judge Kerri Lombardi and to give an update on Luis Johnson’s on-going criminal charges for two gun related criminal charges.

Starting with the Johnson update, Benson was dressed in her star-spangled attire, complete with red, white and blue lei and matching tiara as she announced news from the hearing earlier in the day.

That news what that there were unspecified changes to the protection order for two witnesses in the case and Johnson was ordered to have his GPS tracking device removed. She insulted the witnesses in the case and accused them of negative activity involved with Johnson, which resulted in Johnson shooting one of them in what she claims is “self-defense.”

She then attempted to tie the “self-defense” incident into the later incident where Johnson was shot by police after refusing to drop his handgun. Again, characterizing Johnson’s decision not to drop his weapon as commanded with the previous incident and asserting that at all times he was acting in self-defense.

Johnson has had no public comment after Tuesday’s hearing.

Benson then turned her attention to Judge Lombardi. Lombardi, according to Benson, decided to take no action on Benson’s complaint about her treatment by Judge Isaam Shamsid-Deen at her recent trial where she was found guilty of doxing a police officer.

Using racially charged insults to mock Judge Shamsid-Deen’s last name, Benson extended her vitriol towards the judge to Lombardi and all of the Judges in the Denver County Court System by printing out their salaries while standing outside of Denver’s Justice Center chalking.

While chalking insults directed at Lombardi, Benson would stop to ask passersby to ask what they thought Lombardi’s yearly salary was. She then corrected them and directed a discussion about how judges in general were overpaid.

She then announced that she had thrown her primary vote in the trash, claiming that there was no one worth her vote, and directed those who were in the area to do the same.

After roughly an hour of chalking, Benson left the area to go in search of the State Police officers who patrol Denver’s Memorial Park. While she did not find any officers on duty as she walked to the Park, she did become distracted by a sign outside of a government building directing people not to interfere with ropes that were hanging down the side of the building.

The ropes, as it turned out, were used by active window washers who were cleaning the windows of the building.

Benson went inside to complain about the signs and the ropes, indicating that the situation was unsafe and something must be done about it. After several minutes of waiting for the building’s supervisor, she gave up, indicating that she had things to do and could not wait.

Eventually, Benson ended the livestream.

Benson’s extremely vocal YouTube community page is now promoting her July 4, 2026, event in Denver to redress the government and do homeless outreach. The YouTuber is asking for donations of sunscreen and other items to help the unhoused with the traditionally hot summer weather.
