Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker tries to drop a dime on Dave “Dr. Dave” Coulter to get him arrested in Ohio! Makes accusations about ReallyCoolNews? Regan Benson goes insane about Colorado state troopers using a golf cart on the grass in a Denver park! Isn’t that what golf carts are for? Jose “Chille” DeCastro threatens “trolls” with lawsuits, has delays in his lawsuit and receives a nasty filing from Judge Ann Zimmerman? SAY IT ISN’T SO! Plus: LIA got the protective order against him reduced and we saw the debut of COWBOY PANTS’ AUDITING NEWS ROUNDUP! Yee-haw?
I’m Pants, you’re you and this is the week in review! Get along little doggies? No. Nope. Not again. Stop it. Sigh. Please send sandwiches.
The week started with a controversy brought about by Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker who claimed that he was entitled to run his channel without his actual name to be used in the reporting. He promptly started to hit all of our videos that mentioned his full name with privacy complaints, which were quickly denied by YouTube.
The Florida based YouTuber is demanding to have his identity shielded while his own videos expose the information of those that he features. A great example of this came on Monday when he again tried to turn David “Dr. Dave” Coulter in to police on a supposed warrant for his arrest issued out of Cook County, Illinois.
Police in Ohio were quick to point out that they had never been contacted about said warrant, and one even asked if Kueker was just trying to “drop a dime” on Coulter. Kueker raged throughout the week on the behalf of Shade George ‘Audit Them’ Ghanayem.
Ghanayem, allegedly using his MindcraftFAFO account, proceeded to dox multiple members of Coulter’s fandom and even attempted to attack ReallyCoolNews with a nonsensical AI generated “news report” claiming that publisher Jim Finch had invited him to “debate on StreamYard.” No such offer was made. Ghanayem continued to be confused at the start of the new week.
Colorado’s Regan Benson raged again at the start of the week as she witnessed Colorado State Police park a golf cart on the grass of Veteran’s park in downtown Colorado.
Benson, as self-appointed ruler of all things she dislikes, has been at war with the state police over their presence in the park and has personally outlawed their ability to park in the grass. She promised she would be making IA complaints against the officers she encountered in the park. It is unclear if anyone will take her complaints seriously.
James “James Freeman” Springer made the first edition of COWBOY PANTS’ AUDITING NEWS ROUNDUP! Yee-haw! The Arizona based first amendment auditor took a plea deal in the on-going drama of his spring 2026 arrest.
Springer took a deal where the fifth-degree felony for evading that he was charged with would be reduced to a sixth-degree felony, making him a convicted felon as part of the deal. He did not, however, agree to plead guilty to any of the domestic violence charges in the case.
Immediate speculation has been that Springer has likely made a deal where he’ll receive little to no jail time or jail time with major credits for time served. Springer was held for around a month in the Pima County, Arizona, Adult Correctional facility.
Also, in more news from the COWBOY PANTS’ AUDITING NEWS ROUNDUP! Yee-haw! An attorney for Lane Myers filed his official notice with the Appeals Court in Arizona that he is challenging Myers’ sentence to three years in jail for violating his probation.
As no actual filings were made beyond the notice, we’ll update with documents as they become available.
Jeremiah Payne rounded out the COWBOY PANTS’ AUDITING NEWS ROUNDUP! Yee-haw! The Tennessee based YouTuber announced yet another “retirement” from first amendment auditing and laughed at the “troes” since he had two other YouTube channels devoted to his AI music.
Payne also picked up the apparent endorsement of a unnamed legal scholar in the first amendment auditing field, who said he would rather listen to Payne’s AI generated music than Shade George ‘Audit Them’ Ghanayem’s music releases from the week.
While some have questioned that “legal scholar’s” cognitive abilities, his fascination with Payne’s music might grow as the latest new new new music drop by Payne is expected any day now.
SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes received some good news this week when a judge reduced that protective order placed on him by former Connecticut State Trooper Brian Fahey to a limit of five years. This was down from the nearly 70-year stint that had been previously imposed.
That judge also refused to halt Reyes’s probation but did allow him to travel semi-freely throughout the United States.
Reyes himself celebrated his “victory” by bragging how he was still making a living from multiple non-YouTube businesses. He even projected that he was doing so well that he could afford to purchase multiple electronic billboard trucks in order to help him with future protests.
Finally, Jose “Chille” DeCastro had a weird week as he was all over the place with targets of his scorn and, of course, saw new filings in his multiple on-going lawsuits.
Starting with lawsuits, DeCastro was quite upset with “trolls” this week and dedicated most of one of his livestreams to threatening “trolls” with pending lawsuits.
The problem is that there’s only a handful of people who are talking about DeCastro. While our own daily reporting and PDocs’ reporting are still available, only DJ DrkLntrn’s occasional livestream picks up DeCastro coverage using his footage.
Since DeCastro’s previous lawsuit threat in January of this year, both our site and PDocs’ site have done our best to avoid DeCastro’s expressed concerns in his previous communication.
DJ DrkLntrn’s livestreams, while growing in popularity, are largely covered by fair use protections and have first amendment protections on the opinions he and his panels express.
DeCastro received a response from Judge Ann Zimmerman at the end of the week in his lawsuit against nearly everyone who was involved in his conviction for and acquittal of charges from a 2023 arrest in Las Vegas.
Zimmerman filed a motion to dismiss the charges against her, citing judicial immunity. DeCastro has yet to respond to that filing.
Finally, DeCastro has said that he is launching his new political party on Monday, November 2, 2026.
The party, which he calls “Reconstitution,” will endorse his ideas about police reform and aims to give wide powers to governors to enact his ideas on a temporary basis before being fully passed by the legislature.
While a full party plank has not been released, we’ll provide updates as DeCastro has promised a “hard launch” of his new social media channels on Monday.
