The MindcraftFAFO account, strongly rumored to be run by Shade George ‘Audit Them’ Ghanayem, went on the attack again on Sunday when it released three new attack videos on David “Dr. Dave” Coulter, who Ghanayem is suing in civil court and who he has filed criminal charges against.
Ghanayem and Coulter have a long running on-line feud, dating back more than four years. Coulter has directly attacked Ghanayem’s ethnic background and family while Ghanayem has admitted to various activities including swatting Coulter this year when Coulter was on the way to the hospital for blood tests.
Hundreds if not thousands of hours of video have been aired on YouTube by both men in defense of themselves and in attack on the other.
Earlier this year Ghanayem filed a civil complaint against Coulter and received a protective order. That protective order prevented Coulter from making social media posts about Ghanayem.
Coulter largely ignored the protective order as he lives in Ohio and Ghanayem lives in Illinois and apparently felt it was impossible to enforce the order. Based on this, Ghanayem sought a criminal protective order, and one was issued based on Coulter continuing his activities online in defiance of the civil order.
YouTube, upon notification of the protective order, simply blocked the top level for two of Coulter’s multiple channels in the United States. Direct links to videos on those channels continued to work in the United States.
Coulter turned day-to-day operations on his channels over to friends but still would livestream and mention Ghanayem.
A warrant was issued for Coulter’s arrest in the state of Illinois on October 22, 2026. It states that Coulter (wrongly spelled “Coulier” on the warrant) was in violation of a stalking/no contact order.
The box for “Yes, The prosecutor recommends nationwide unless otherwise indicated below” is checked, however the box for “NCIC Entry Recommended” is unchecked.
NCIC is the acronym for the National Crime Information Center, which provides authorized law enforcement and criminal justice agencies to share information nationwide.
Without an entry in the NCIC, other states, including Coulter’s home state of Ohio, would not be aware of the warrant unless contacted by the originating organization. In this case, if Cook County wanted to enforce the “nationwide warrant” they would need to contact Coulter’s local authorities.
An entry in the file indicated that a filing to recall the warrant was made on October 23, 2026. There have been no updates to the file since then and Ghanayem and his associates have claimed that the recall was not granted. No proof has been presented to verify those claims.
Since the issuance of the Warrant, the MindCraftFAFO YouTube account, largely associated with Ghanayem, has spammed videos stating that Coulter was a heavily armed “wanted fugitive.”
Further videos attempted to associate Coulter with possession of “child related material,” and tried to portray Coulter as a possible mass shooter and threat to society.
Since the warrant was issued, Coulter himself has refrained from appearing on his own channel, though a controversial livestream aired on Coulter’s channel on the day the warrant was issued but was quickly pulled by Coulter or his associates.
Ghanayem, allegedly through MindCraftFAFO, has put out videos featuring Coulter’s voice acknowledging the warrant. Coulter has since claimed that any statement is AI manipulated.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker then entered the war between the two over the past week. Kueker mentioned he was consulting with Ghanayem’s “Audit Them” persona on two different livestreams where he attempted to call Coulter’s local police to “drop a dime” on Coulter.
Both livestreams went sideways for Kueker, who has made multiple failed privacy complaints to YouTube about our use of his real name in our reporting, as he was rebuffed by police who could not find a record of the warrant as it was issued in Illinois.
When Kueker demanded that police access the NCIS to confirm the warrant, he was directly rebuffed on the second call. He became abusive towards the officer he was speaking to as the officer explained that there was nothing anyone could do about the warrant in Ohio unless they were contacted by authorities from where it was issued.
Kueker refused to attempt to contact authorities in Cook County as he felt it was pointless. He then removed himself from participation in the case.
The MindCraftFAFO channel then turned its attention to doxing members of Coulter’s audience and attacking the ReallyCoolNews channel before again going silent at the end of the week.
On Sunday, the MindCraftFAFO channel returned to attacks on Coulter, this time apparently disturbed by Coulter’s opening of a GoFundMe account to help with court costs related to Ghanayem’s multiple cases against him.
Part of the issue that the account is having with the GoFundMe is the statement in the campaign’s description, which it claims may be in violation of the court order.
That description reads:
I am writing to ask for your support with my ongoing legal defense fund. The YouTube channel “Audit Them” has mounted a campaign of frivolous motions aimed at securing my incarceration. As a result of a court order of protection, my YouTube channels have been temporarily demonetized.
“Audit Them” claims to fear for his life while continuing to actively monitor my posts and report alleged violations to the State Attorney, despite the fact that we live in different states over six hours apart. Furthermore, I strongly dispute the authenticity of the evidence used against me, specifically a recent video that used my voice over footage I never created or authorized. I believe this evidence was considered without proper scrutiny regarding its origin or potential manipulation.
At 72 and in poor health, I am fighting to protect my First Amendment rights and ensure a fair legal process. If you are able, please consider donating to help me secure the legal representation needed to challenge these allegations and clear my name.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Dave Coulter (Dr. Dave)
Coulter made $1,520.00 in new donations towards that GoFundMe campaign for Sunday. He was followed by Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney, who pulled in $125.00 towards his GiveSendGo legal defense fund.
On Monday, Coulter made another $99.00 in new donations to take the day. He was followed by SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes, whose Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign took in $50 for the day.
Kearney placed third with $5.00 in new donations to his GiveSendGo campaign.
No other campaigns that we follow received donations for either day.
In reaction to Coulter’s successes, the MindcraftFAFO account has claimed that Coulter’s doners are somehow assisting a criminal and could face charges themselves for their donations.
This is not the case. Coulter’s donors are donating towards a legal defense fund, and Coulter has not been tried or found guilty of any crimes. Even though the arrest warrant itself is intended to bring Coulter into custody to face the charges he’s accused of, it is not a determination of his guilt.
GoFundMe’s policies currently allow for these campaigns as long as they do not involve certain violent or financial crimes. There is no Mens Rea to prosecute Coulter’s doners.
With Ghanayem’s associated accounts now back on the attack against Coulter, it will be interesting to see how the judge in the case, who previously scolded Coulter for his activities online, will react to the alleged activities by Ghanayem and his associates.
Update:
Late in the day on Sunday, Coulter posted the following message to the r/Frauditors Reddit community:
Dr. Dave here with an urgent message. I realize that I’m unpopular with some of you in the community; however, I’m writing to seek your assistance regarding a serious ongoing legal dispute with the YouTuber “Audit Them.”
At 72 years old and dealing with health challenges, my primary goal is to resolve this matter quickly so I can move past it and focus on my personal life and well-being.
Recently, the State Attorney and two judges were convinced that I am armed and a danger to myself and others. A criminal court judge even issued an arrest warrant based on an AI-generated video that was falsely attributed to me.
My assigned public defender has been unresponsive, so I need to hire a private criminal defense attorney. I received a few recommendations from my civil attorney and am currently reaching out to them.
I am not asking for a personal donation, but I would be extremely grateful if you could help share and promote my cause on social media.
Coulter then released a YouTube video confirming the statement was from him and urged his fans to donate to his GoFundMe.
This is a breaking news story.
