Attorney Michael Mee filed a notice of appearance on Wednesday on behalf of Jose “Chille” DeCastro in his civil lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metro Police Department.
Mee currently represents DeCastro in Las Vegas based criminal case and is known for providing flat fee services to clients. He inherits a case that seems to be in a great deal of trouble thanks to a motion to dismiss by the defense and a previous order from the Judge that dismissed the majority of DeCastro’s claims against the NVMPD.
DeCastro had previously mentioned hiring a lawyer to take over the case once current motions were completed. Mee’s notice indicated that he would take over all communications in the case effective January 10, 2023.
