Friday was a ridiculously glorious day for YouTuber Merb34st, who took great delight in masterfully trolling activist, YouTuber, self-proclaimed attorney, 420 observer and expert on everything Lane Myers into livestreaming for over six hours where he obsessed over Merb34st’s commentary and attacked fellow first amendment personality Jose “Chille” DeCastro.
The day started with Merb34st releasing a video to his YouTube channel with his comments on Myers’ recently filed federal lawsuit against the police officers and prosecutors involved in a 2023 arrest in New Mexico. For those following along at home, Myers refers to this as “the campground arrest” in his list of targets on his GiveSendGo account.
At the time it was not widely known that Myers had also filed a lawsuit against New Mexico State Police over the same incident. Merb34st made comments about the federal lawsuit and stated that it was likely to fail and that Myers was not suing in state court.
He also praised YouTuber DeCastro for being more intelligent than Myers and more successful in handling his lawsuits on a federal level. His faint praise for DeCastro, who currently has multiple active for-profit federal lawsuits, drew an immediate response from Myers.
Myers chastised Merb34st and repeatedly mocked the YouTuber for failing to know about his state level lawsuit. He then doxed Merb34st’s work address and called Merb34st directly, where Merb34st invited him to debate on his Discord server before hanging up on Myers.
This resulted in Myers stating that his lawsuit against Merb34st was in the works and that he would also have an injunction served against Merb34st as Merb34st was actively harassing him.
Merb34st would prolong Myers’ livestream with a second video mocking Myers and noting that while he is supposedly “harassing” Myers, Myers is the one actively reaching out to him and directing his supporters to contact Merb34st and throwing shade on Myers’ ideas that Arizona’s code of professional conduct would apply to a California attorney.
During Myers’ initial rant, he became outraged over Merb34st comparing him to YouTuber DeCastro. He then visited DeCastro’s YouTube channel where he provided his negative reactions to DeCastro’s channel, presentation and mission in life.

Ohio on Wessler or something where it’s been overruled by a newer case? Well, okay. Well, that’s not overturning it. You don’t overturn Roe v. Wade. You just get a new case to the Supreme Court that has a different ruling that what makes Roe v. Wade not applicable. But anyways, he says that’s the core goal because ending Terry ends the detainment process altogether and replaces it with digital detainment. I don’t even right there. Right there.
