Another day, another lawsuit, was the theme of SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’ Wednesday livestream in Melbourne, Florida, as the world’s richest First Amendment Auditor interjected in a family dispute and was promptly ejected from a city council meeting and ultimately ignored in press coverage as a debate over renaming a city street to honor Charlie Kirk made local headlines.

Reyes arrived at the city council meeting with cameraman in tow announcing that he was there to “expose” the “corrupt” mayor, Paul Alfrey and bring down the wrath of his followers upon the town unless his demands were met.

He accused Alfrey of quitting the police force in dishonor in 2012 after allegedly mishandling drugs when he was a K-9 officer that potentially could have exposed his K-9 partner to the substances.

Reyes also said that the mayor was blatantly stealing from his dead brother as he was using a credit card that belonged to the brother to make extravagant purchases for his mistress, including taking cruises and “Brazilian TV services.”

As he entered the building, Reyes missed agenda items as he seemed to be too caught up in his plan to “expose” the mayor to realize that a large crowd had gathered for another purpose: a lively debate about renaming a city street to honor slain right wing political figure Charlie Kirk.

The rules of the meeting had been changed to start the meeting with public comment in order for members of the public to address the issue. The person who had gone before Reyes spoke on the issue, however, Reyes himself seemed oblivious as his time to speak began.

Reyes laid into the mayor, expounding on his evidence of the mayor’s misdeeds and promising to expose the man. He accused a Hispanic woman sitting in the front row of being the Mayor’s mistress and dramatically denounced corruption.

When Reyes’ three-minute time limit was up, another man joined him to transfer his speaking time to Reyes. Reyes assured the audience that this was permitted under the normal rules of decorum and was about to start speaking again when police officers joined him at the podium.

At this point, the mayor officially ejected him from the meeting for causing a scene and the police officers gently walked Reyes out of the meeting room.

Once outside the room, Reyes protested and told the officers not to lay hands on him. He began to threaten the police with lawsuits and paraded around in front of the line of people attempting to enter the building, demanding that they stand with him to defend his rights.

Reyes, instead, was shouted down by the assembled crowd of people, including representatives of Kirk’s Turning Point USA organization. By continuing to protest at the doors of the facility, which was located near the security checkpoint, those coming into the meeting were unable to be screened or enter the meeting room.

By the time Reyes was finished with his mock protest, the line to get into the meeting room had extended outside of the building and angry citizens from both sides of the issue began yelling at Reyes for disrupting the meeting.

Reyes seemed oblivious to the bigger issue that was at stake and told his video audience that Turning Point USA did not care about the First Amendment.

The rotund YouTuber was joined by an attorney for the members of Alfrey who had leveled the accusations against Mayor Alfrey and had recruited Reyes to come to the city. That attorney clarified that the “dead brother’s credit card” that Reyes had said the Mayor was using was, in fact, a disputed company credit card and not the personal card from his now deceased brother.

One of the police officers who had escorted Reyes out of the building came over and thanked him for going so quietly as it was an explosive situation inside the building. Reyes, still oblivious to the larger Charlie Kirk issue, again promised retribution and a lawsuit.

Reyes was not mentioned in local coverage of the city council meeting as coverage was dominated by the proposal to rename Cypress Avenue to Charlie Kirk Lane failed as it was voted down by the city council.

The livestream brought in $259.00 in super chat donations, 4,624 likes, 91 comments, 9091 peak concurrent viewers and 126,761 total views as of press time.

Reyes lost Wednesday’s race for the crowdsourcing title as Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker’s Support the Fight for Our Constitutional Rights fund pulled in $15.00 to earn first place, while Reyes’ Help Me Fight These Unlawful Charges & Injustice fund took in $10.00 in new donations.

Kueker’s fund won Thursday with $115.00 in new donations. No other campaign received donations for the day.

Your “hit” piece on Sean Paul Reyes shows your blatant disregard for the Constitution of the United States, particularly the first amendment concerning free speech.

The credit card in question was a private card issued to the mayor’s deceased brother not a business issued card.

Do you have a personal vendetta against Reyes? From your carefully placed descriptions of Reyes, like “rotund YouTuber” and “… world’s richest First Amendment Auditor” seems to reflect your disdain of the man. Try being unbiased and write a balanced article for a change of pace.
