After a handful of days of silence, YouTube personality, social media influencer and bicycle enthusiast Lane Myers sent another message to his fans Monday night through associate Andrea “Illuminate the Dark” Dotson’s YouTube channel.
Myers had been silent since Thursday’s hearing to revoke his probation was continued to a third hearing in September, guaranteeing another month of incarceration for the YouTuber in the Pima County Adult Correctional Facility.
In a usual move, Myers continued to attack his victim and his victim’s family in the statement, which will almost certainly be added to the growing list of probation violations on Myers’ part since he was jailed in July.
We now present to you Myers’ uncensored comments:
Hello supporters, haters, and everyone between. This is Lane Myers live from North Korea. If you feel inclined to contact public servants to bring attention and accountability to case number 2025.
1060 and 2025 1454. So make sure you’re bringing attention awareness to the right people. Contacting Shannon Walker or Matt Walker is a waste of time.
They are mediocre low-hanging fruit. They just make up new lies and conspiracy theories with each contact. They know everyone they already know everyone thinks they’re crooked lying idiots of the highest government order who have conspired with Laura Lying Con over to try and silence me.
If you want to get people’s attention, address your grievances with the proper authorities. Those authorities are my probation officer, Wayne Catelli. his supervisor Kevin Wheeler, Rachel Styles prosecuting attorney, Laura Conover County Attorney, Judge Metcalf, and every Superior Court judge, but especially the presiding judges.
Their numbers are listed on the Pima County Superior Court website under judges info. Let them know how you feel my rights are being violated if you feel that way. How Metcalf is violating Rule 122 by not allowing people to record the proceedings and then not turning over the audio himself.
Let them know how my due process is being denied by not giving me a hearing within 21 days, let them know how the probation conditions are illegal. Let them know how Rachel and Laura are committing misconduct with this pet project. Those are the people responsible.
Shannon Walker is just the chosen victim due to her ability to lie in court on demand, as we all have seen time and time again. Matt Walker is just a professional witness who had it who had his shield and sword stolen and his soul snatched. He wants revenge, not justice. It will never happen though. Lane Wick doesn’t lose.
While Myers is not under a gag order, Myers himself has previously pleaded for one as his multiple new allegations of probation violations that he has picked up while doing interviews with friends and supporters from jail.
The YouTuber has had the freedom to contact just about anyone, other than those prohibited by his probation conditions while in jail, however, if he is transferred to the Arizona Prison system, it will not be the case.
If he is transferred, individual phone calls by the influencer will be restricted to a maximum of 15 minutes and there will be maximum call allowances. He will also be limited to a maximum of 20 pre-approved numbers derived from his approved visitation list
Livestreaming while on a call, as he did with Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker last week is not allowed while in prison. Punishments may be imposed on both parties should he be caught violating that guidelines.
Myers’ comments did nothing to help his fundraising efforts for Tuesday, as Aiden “Turtleboy” Kearney won the crowdfunding title for the day with $153.00 in new donations to his Help Turtleboy defend Free Speech fund.
No other crowdfunding campaigns that we follow saw new donations for the day.
