Social media influencer, bicycling enthusiast and sometime HVAC repairman Lane Myers continued his one-on-one interviews with partner Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray on Sunday with a strange segment where he seemed to admit to using planned harassment campaigns as part of actions that have seen him sentenced to three years in prison for probation violations.
And so coming into that hearing, I had already um had Remember now, I didn’t publicly call Shannon Walker. That was a private call between her and I I left her voicemail. I didn’t I didn’t talk about it on YouTube, I didn’t tell anybody, I didn’t brag about it, I didn’t disseminate that.
It was strictly something that I did in my personal capacity to let her know that I think her husband’s a piece of shit and I still do because he is a he’s a certified piece of shit and everything I said was true And um my intention was never to talk about her or uh make her the spotlight or have people contact her. it was it was organic that that took place on its own for its own reasons which we’ll go over. And and remember now this as I said earlier is that at this point of this hearing I had already been dealing with Uego County and uh and New Mexico for a year and two years respectively.
And uh I had been calling people every day in that. You think I called Shannon Walker uh it was bad? Oh man, you definitely wouldn’t want to hear the calls I was leaving Nuego County, Deb Berger, Chris Wren, the Board of Supervisors, Brian Cog, all the supervisors calling their house, calling their wife, calling their autistic children, calling grown adult children, uh calling uh Kent Walquist, calling his the prosecutors in New Mexico, calling the lawyers in New Mexico, calling the state police in New Mexico.
Telling the state police I was gonna come stand in front of their house. Call in the Park Service. Call in the US Rangers.
Call uh you know not US Rangers, but uh Forest Service, US Forest Service, Park Rangers, uh law enforcement. If you think that call to Shannon Walker was X rated Boy, oh boy, are you gonna be in for a surprise when all the unreleased files get released of me calling US Forest Service, law enforcement? in Washington DC and telling ’em I will park my fucking self in front of their house with a fucking sign tonight.
I will go to the judge’s house. In New Mexico I had already got into it with the judges and the prosecutors and I was told I couldn’t post and I told them to fuck off in court. So this wasn’t something that started with Shannon Walker.
As much as they’d like it to believe that I became fixated on Shannon Walker. No, I’m actually fixated on uh bringing light to the broken justice system. And it’s not personal, Shannon, it’s it’s business.
And you just happen to be in employed in the business of justice while paying your bills with injustice.
Despite being sentenced to three-years in prison for his actions, Myers offered no regrets, stating that his victims should be the ones who should have acted differently in hindsight:
I didn’t mean that I was gonna talk make her the central uh figure. She brought that on herself when she took a voicemail calling her husband crooked, right? Which was all that was, and then she thought my wife should lose her career at the federal court level because of that voicemail Because remember, it was within two hours of that voicemail.
So the only um the only uh behavior that Shannon Walker had directed towards her uh if that’s the the nomenclature they want to use, was that voicemail. Nothing occurred in the two hours between me leaving her that voicemail and my wife getting fired that would have um been at the level necess at the level we’re at now. So so the the simple the single interaction she had was that call.
So if she felt that call was worthy of having my wife fired, then she took us to another level of okay, people are gonna be fired. When my premise was is it’s your husband that. We all know that.
My wife was say it’s ironic that she was winning an award for uh five years of good service, employee of the year type shit She was at a ceremony winning employee of the five years and all this, or five year award and gold stars like the government likes to give out. achievement awards to keep people there. And so um it’s ironic that she was winning, she was being recognized for her outstanding work while Matt Walker was breaking all the rules and I called and told his wife I was gonna expose them and and the reaction to that was, Let’s get your wife fired So she fired that shot across the pile of let’s get your wife fired to shut you up.
And I didn’t even publish that when it happened. When my wife came home, I didn’t make a video saying, Hey, my wife just You know, because uh it wasn’t what it was about. It was never about that.
I mean it was it was hard to deal with. Obviously I uh There was a I was very disturbed that they would fire my wife over my videos and I immediately wanted to talk about it but I didn’t. So for me it was water under the bridge There’s nothing we can do. My wife’s fired because I left that voicemail.
I thought, okay, I’ll leave them out of this. But here’s what happened We go to that hearing and Matt Walker brings up that I called his wife and he actually said it w he wasn’t worried because it was sardonic. So it was it was like a di it’s a different word for like sarcastic.
And so so it went from it was a sardonic call to now here we are, I’m going to prison for three years because it was life threatening. It was a fear of death. It went from sardonic to fear of death.
The same call. No new calls, only one call. So w this call went from Sard he testified in a he uh you know, he’s it’s not testimony, but it’s he stated in open court that it he wasn’t worried ’cause it was sardonic.
He didn’t immediately get off the case like he eventually would, which we’ll get to here in a minute. He didn’t dismiss the case ’cause he was scared that I was he didn’t do anything uh immediately to direct like you know and he didn’t take any direct action. Uh an injunction, nothing.
His wife didn’t get an injunction because of that call until a month later And so it wasn’t until that hearing where where anybody even f the only reason people knew that I called his wife was because he brought it up at that hearing So that’s where we start. We start with I never brought it to the public s into the public domain that I called his wife and he got my wife hired. until his little weasel ass like he likes to do is he likes to uh he likes to stir the pot at court where he thinks he’s a protected species.
But I bet you if they both had to do it all over again they would have chosen a different route. And I stand by my decisions, ’cause they’re all legal and and and and uh and made in good in good uh conscience. Like I have never f made anyone fear death.
Myers’ own girlfriend/wife testified at his probation revocation hearing that his victim had nothing to do with her firing and that her firing from her job was a result of her co-workers seeing his YouTube videos.
The social media influencer had previously announced that he believed he would start his prison sentence on Tuesday.
Myers’ post-conviction interviews have brought in a mixed bag of results to his GiveSendGo campaign.
On Friday, our own Ongoing Expenses fund took the day with $250.00 in new donations, followed by $10.00 in donations to SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’ Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign.
Saturday, Myers’ GiveSendGo campaign received his first donation in 12 days with $100.00 sent to him by a fan. The jailed influencer won the day as no other campaigns received donations for Saturday.
Sunday’s results brought in $1,295.00 to Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney’s GiveSendGo legal defense campaign, followed by $12.00 in new donations to John “First Amendment Protection Agency” Medaglia’s ILLEGAL ARREST DEFENSE FUND!!! Campaign.
Finally, Monday’s crowd sourcing title went to Kearney, who brought in $250.00 to his Help Turtleboy Defend Free-Speech fund.
