Kate Peter Guilty of Probation Violation

Reporter Grant Smith Ellis is reporting that YouTuber and Masshole Troll Mafia leader Kate Peter was found guilty of violating conditions of her release in a case involving Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney’s ex-girlfriend Lauren Murray today and has been sentenced to thirty hours of community service and had her probation extended by three months.

According to Ellis’ reporting, the Judge singled out an incident in July when Peter chose to drive in front of a courthouse where she knew Kearney was attending a hearing and directly flipped off Kearney as Peter was stopped at a red light.

The Judge said that there were numerous ways Peter could have gone home from the lunch meeting she had with best friend Lindsay Gaetani and Peter intentionally chose the route that would put her in the vicinity of Kearney and Lauren Murray.

Murray herself has been seen as an after thought in the case, as she has an active protective order against Peter and has been reportedly summoned to appear at events after Peter has been spotted by Kearney in order to make Peter leave the events.

Former Kearney girlfriend Gaetani, who is now Peter’s best friend, testified on Peter’s behalf, stating that Peter had no intention of harassing either Kearney or Murray on the day of the flipping off incident. She had to be escorted into the building by Ellis, who shielded her from taunts of Kearney’s supporters.

Peter has previously admitted to refusing to leave a court hearing last year where she and Murray were both present until a state trooper intervened and told Peter she needed to leave the area.

A representative of the probation department appeared at the hearing, according to Ellis, and said that Peter had previously been told to stay off of social media and not to post messages about Murray despite Murray having the ability to post messages about her and her family.

The Judge at the hearing made it clear to Peter that her conduct was unacceptable and that if she violates it again a guilty verdict will be entered in the underlying case which could see Peter do jail time.

Grand Smith Ellis and Kate Peter had a falling out earlier in the year over Eliis’ alleged romantic advances towards Gaetani.

This is a breaking news story.
