Tennessee based YouTube influencer and activist Jeremiah Payne returned to the spotlight of his corner of the first amendment auditing community on Thursday as he released a video of a confrontation he had with an armed security guard at the Nashville Wave Country facility.
In the description of the video entitled “James from allied boat security threatens to kick my ass and mase me (read description),” the LDOF Auditor stated:
“this was all because I had brought my beats Bluetooth speakers in two of them worth over $400 and they told me I had to either leave them up front with them or put them in my car and as I was walking out I said if anybody breaks in my car they’re getting their ass kicked their shot the threat was not to anybody who worked there and this is why they cannot show me the camera footage of me flipping a bird because I didn’t do it allied security guys everybody call these f****** and complain on James at Nashville shores”
For those who did not manage to decipher Payne, on screen prompts then instruct his fans to call flood Nashville Wave Country to complain as the water park’s policy did not allow patrons to bring in their own Bluetooth speakers.
Payne was concerned that someone could break into his car and steal his expensive speakers.
The video itself reflects that, as it started with Payne complaining to the camera that he attempted to bring in two $400.00 Beats speakers and was told by security that he either had to put the speakers back in his car or leave them in the care of security.
The elderly bald headed and heavy set guard limped over to Payne, who threatened to “kick his (expletive deleted)” if the security guard touched him. The security guard said, “You don’t shoot a girl the bird!” To which, Payne replied, “I’m filing a lawsuit on you mother (expletive deleted)!”
A jump cut interrupted the interview and Payne screamed that the security guard was a racist and that he was discriminating against Payne for the way Payne used expletives while expressing himself.
The owner of the property apparently intervened, stating that the situation was calming down and Payne and his family were leaving. Payne then put an overlay up with the phone number to “Allied security” for his fans to use when they’re call flooding.
Strangely, that number leads to a South Dakota phone number.
Payne continued to threaten the security guard and the owner with lawsuits as they discussed the situation. The YouTuber said that his use of expletives was first amendment protected.
When the owner said he was concerned about the use of the language, Payne brought gender identity in the mix. He said that the owner should be more concerned about boys and girls being told they can pick their own gender in school that about Payne using expletives around small children.
The video ended with the owner offering to give Payne and his family their money back.
The video has been seen 27 times as of Press Time.
