James “James Freeman” Springer got good news on Monday when he had all of the current conditions of release for his pending trial on multiple domestic violence related charges in Arizona dropped following a successful motion to modify conditions of release hearing.

Springer was arrested in May after an altercation at his home that led to a low-speed police chase and an extended stay in the Pima County Adult Detention Center before his fans raised $72,000.00 for his bond of $40,000.00 to secure his release.

The sometime YouTuber’s original charges were replaced with the following charges at his original arraignment:

28-622.01 UNLAW FLIGHT FROM LAW ENF VEH F5

13-2904A DISORDERLY CONDUCT M1

13-2904A DISORDERLY CONDUCT M1

13-1202A1 THREAT-INTIM W/INJ-DMGE PROP M1

13-1202A1 THREAT-INTIM W/INJ-DMGE PROP M1

13-1602A1 Criminal Damage amount >= $250 and < $1,000 M1

His original bond was greatly reduced, leaving springer with roughly $68,000.00 remaining from his massive fundraising take. Soon after, a motion to modify release conditions was filed in the case as Springer’s wife asked the court to drop the protective order preventing her and her children from contacting Springer.

Springer himself added that he intended to relocate from Arizona to Texas and take his family with him.

While originally denied, Springer’s attorneys filed for the motion to reconsider based on improper procedure last week. They claim that the Pima County Attorney’s Office has refused to answer voice and e-mails and reiterated his wife’s desire to have contact with her husband.

Tuesday’s ruling eliminates the pretrial conditions, allowing Springer to have unlimited contact with his wife and children and granted him the ability to travel out of state as long as he maintained communication with pre-trial services.

This was good news for Springer following the bad news last week that the judge declined to set a settlement hearing between both parties in the lawsuit for undisclosed reasons.

Springer’s attorneys had filed for a “Donald Hearing” in order to go over an apparent plea deal offered to Springer by the prosecution of the case. The sides apparently could not come to an agreement at that hearing, and the Judge in the case has scheduled Springer’s trial to be held on November 10 and 12 of this year.

Springer’s GoFundMe saw no new action for Wednesday as Angel “Kansas City Accountability” Moses won the day with $20.00 in new donations for the day. No other campaigns that we follow saw new donations for the day.

This is a breaking news story.
