Glenn Cerio’s impudent rampage continued on Monday as he released a video in which he reported YouTuber Tella Cline to Seattle area police for “cybercrimes,” in a video that was apparently shot two years ago as it referenced as current events a small claims court case Cerio filed against Cline that he ultimately lost in 2024.

The video began with Cerio inside of a Seattle area police headquarters. He approached the front desk and demanded to see a detective. When the officer behind the window explained that there were no detectives there for Cerio to meet with, Cerio became abusive and tried again at the second window.

The person at the second window referred Cerio back to the first window, and both men explained to the stout YouTuber that there were no detectives available at the facility and that he needed to go to a precinct to speak to one. Cerio then demanded a supervisor.

A jump cut later and Cerio was outside of the building, which had apparently closed, and two Seattle police officers approached him to take his statement. After some back and forth, he reported YouTuber Tella Cline on charges related to “cybercrimes.”

He said that Cline had released his date of birth, social security number and driver’s license information to the internet. Since its release, he had to get several credit monitoring agencies involved in protecting his credit and had someone use his credit cards without his permission.

Cerio was apparently referencing a police bulletin released by police in Everett, Washington in 2019 that was unredacted by police and contained Cerio’s Social Security Number, birthdate and driver’s license number. Cline had reposted that information with partial redaction before withdrawing and replacing it with a redacted copy.

He refused to e-mail copies of the evidence binder he was carrying and insisted that the officers take his evidence on the spot. When doing so, one of the two officers said that he thought that Kline’s alleged actions may rise to the level of a crime, but he wasn’t sure and would escalate the report to a detective.

Cerio inadvertently released his own date of birth to the public during his discussion with the police as he did not mute his audio ask police asked him for that information.

The YouTuber then stated that he needed Cline to be officially charged with a crime so he could get a protective order against her. He said that he was currently suing Cline and that the Judge had said that it would go to trial.

Again, as Cerio often releases videos from years ago, the only recent time that the events he describes correspond to would be the summer and early fall of 2024. Cerio sued Cline in small claims court, ultimately losing as he had his case dismissed without prejudice.

The Judge in that case determined that Cerio had not proved that Cline had damaged him in any significant way. He encouraged Cerio to file the suit again if he could find actual proof of damage by Cline.

Cerio has yet to refile that case.

Following that hearing, Cerio called police as Cline was walking out of the building. He said that he feared for his life and that she was brandishing a weapon and stopping him from going to his car.

After a police investigation on the scene, both parties were free to leave. No charges were filed against Cline.

In response to Cerio’s posting, Tella Cline posted the following:

“I’m hiding in the attic! Preparing my escape from the law! 🤣 I suspect the video put out today was actually made last year. Glen did try to sue me in court. There was a Trial and Glenn LOST. Glen has NO damages to his credit that can be linked to me. How ironic a beast who spends his days in the corner of a post office mouth breathing. Filming the public going about their day is upset about being filmed in public. GLEN . Filing a false police report is a crime I have Never contacted you by phone Calling 9 11 and claiming a person has a weapon is a crime”

This is an on-going news story.
