The ongoing legal dispute between Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault and Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova took another strange turn late Thursday night when Hudon-Huneault filed to partially stay the discovery process and a complete stay on the Court ruling on a motion to strike count three of the defendant’ counterclaims and a voluntary dismissal of strike three until the court rules on their new Forum Non Conveniens and Security for Costs motions.
The move comes as Hudon-Huneault’s new attorney, “Sinsational” Simon Lin, is increasingly aggressive in monitoring the activities of plaintiff Cordova now that Cordova and his attorney That Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq., have stopped making public comments about the lawsuit and both have removed their previous comments and videos on the lawsuit from public viewing.
Lin’s subpoena to Google, as outlined in his new filings, apparently seeks copies of videos that Cordova has removed from YouTube in recent days. He’s also asked that the discovery process remains in place for his recent request for discovery from Cordova’s camp as he claims he is preparing for an early summary judgment motion if the case is not dismissed.
His request to halt the ruling on the anti-Slapp motion looks to be an attempt to box in any source of revenue to be used to fund his demand for a bond of $138,000.00 from Cordova to continue the lawsuit. Early estimates of the attorneys’ fees due to attorney Newman at the time of the motion were around that amount, with Hudon-Huneault claiming that his former attorney, “Superstar” Steve Vondran would be responsible for that bill.
If the motion to dismiss/motion to transfer the lawsuit to Canada and motion for the bond are not granted, again, Lin indicates that he’ll simply file a motion for summary judgment in their place.
This again technically flies in the face of a recent commitment by Lin to take part in settlement talks, as, if successful, the case will be dismissed long before the July settlement conference.
For their part, neither Newman nor Cordova have commented on the case. Hudon-Huneault, on the other hand, continues to discuss the lawsuit in public and has recently released a video attacking Cordova for removing videos from his YouTube channel, belittling him and calling him “desperate.”

In other news related to attorney Newman, YouTuber John Filax voluntarily dismissed his lawsuit against a YouTube channel owned by Muhammad Tayyab. The lawsuit was seeking damages for misrepresentation and a declaratory judgment.
Filax gained a default in the case as Tayyab never responded to service, however, it looks like the case is being dismissed since Filax has no real way of collecting any awards from a judgment since Tayyab lives outside of the United States.
Also soon to be officially dismissed due to settlements are Cordova’s Executive Lens LLC and Zacharay Kueker’s Liberty Troll LLC lawsuits against attorney Robert Alan Reed.
Reed had been running a service where he would let YouTubers use the address of his now defunct law practice to use in DMCA counter claims. The service was widely promoted by YouTuber in late 2022 when Jose “Chille” DeCastro was threatening to dox anyone who responded to his DMCA claims against their videos.
No details on the settlements have been released and both plaintiffs need to finalize their settlements by mid-April.

So lets see the round, case dismissed, case withdrawn and basically a whole lot of sound and fury signifying nothing. Oh and The klan lawyer finally shut himself and his client up. It seems you can teach a dumb dog what they should have started from in the first place. You say you are suing or being sued then you shut up totally about the case. FT is taunting DMA and it is not pretty. Oh and next? Motion that the klan lawyer pay the bills when his client cannot. Make him pony up his cash when this all comes crashing down.
Goes to show you, this was all scam, a grift, a cash grab and nothing more. Come on boys come on and sue. Only now, it is not so fun anymore when it comes to costing you money.
Lastly, the money they will get for their anti slap motion. I am sure you got an insane figure from the klan lawyer of hatred. You did not get it from say a reputable lawyer or even a practicing lawyer. The numbers quoted were insane. Even in California, you do not get millions of dollars for a filing that was up for three days and then withdrawn. The judge is not going to award damages and pay for a moon shot. They gave blue bacon lawyers cost for over a year in his battle with chilli only 16K. You think working one motion and a three day wait for withdrawal is going to get you more by a factor of 10? Even in Cali, there is no way the judge awards that much even if they do award anything. And BTW that is not assured. It is only the rantings of one hate filled little man who sort a has a law degree but in reality is making it up as he goes in his ongoing legal education. And he was never a good lawyer. Heck even merb says he is only competent. And that is from a self proclaimed first year family lawyer in his 14 year of practice.
