Fashion icon and social media influencer Lane Myers spent his forty-fourth birthday out of intake and, according to online records, officially housed in the Cerbat Unit inside of the Kingman Correctional and Rehabilitation Facility in Golden Valley, Arizona.
The facility is run by GEO Group, Inc., and features training and resources for minimum security inmates including NCER-certified training in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, culinary arts and painting.
Inmate workers also have the opportunity to take part in community betterment work crews where they may be deployed for facility support and community labor projects.
If Myers was sent directly to the Cerbat Unit, he will likely bypass the 30–45-day communication freeze that is instituted on those who are sent to the Alhambra Reception Center.
Once in his permanent housing unit, he’ll be issued a Securus tablet. That tablet will become a prominent part of Myers’ daily life as almost all communications are handled through the tablet.
As part of the services offered, Myers will be able to purchase music and albums, rent movies and pay to play video games on his tablet. After he is released, he can request continued access to his music purchases.
The bicycling enthusiast will have very limited contact with the outside world. Inmates are limited to 20 numbers, and an inmate cannot dial any number that is not on the list.
Thursday brought a new installment from a lengthy jail house interview Myers recorded with long-time partner Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray. In this installment, Myers discussed his motivation for the crimes he was ultimately took a plea deal on in 2025.
Before he played the I gotta quit the case because he called my white card You would have think that if he was gonna play the I Gotta Quit the Case because he called my wife card, it would have been before that hearing, right? Why would he come to that hearing? to then only later on play the I quit the case because of my white card.
He could have played that card immediately. And then, you know then proceeded to try to get me in trouble immediately with I had to quit the case because of my wife. But he knew that all I did was leave his wife a voicemail saying he was crooked.
So what was the harm to his wife at that point other than on a sardonic phone call as he that’s his words. He said I left a sardonic voicemail that he wasn’t worried about me actually going to the school or doing anything to his wife. He just knew I was being sarcastic.
Sardonic. And so so The narrative doesn’t really fit with I know I’m sitting here doing three years for attacking the justice system. And they’re you know They like to try to push this narrative that he had to quit the case because of the attention on his wife, but if he had to quit the case, why did this happen?
We leave that hearing He turns over the evidence. I spend a week trying to um I spend a week trying to get the interview with Deloria, getting nowhere with that. So what takes place next is he files a forty nine page motion called the Rule Eleven to try to declare me incompetent.
So remember, he he didn’t quit the case yet. You know, this is like two weeks later. He didn’t quit the case yet On October 9th he files a 49 -page motion trying to rule me incompetent, while also on October 9th, Shen Walker is over at the court, lying 33 times under oath to get an injunction.
And the reason that she was getting an injunction was because now after he talked about it in that hearing, I showed her webpage to the whole after that hearing a few days later, week or so later, I made a video the Connor McGregor video where I showed her webpage for the first time. And I said I’m studying my opponents. That’s all I said.
You mess with me, I mess with you, because a as a man of Muslim faith, that’s our We we you mess with me, I mess with you. You don’t mess with me, I don’t mess with you. We’re peaceful people.
But we we certainly don’t turn the other cheek. And so at that point I said I was studying my opponents and that’s when I put her webpage up there for the first time. And that’s when people connected the dots.
And that’s when people started giving her voicemails and emails. Not that I encouraged them at that point. So then from that from that was like September twenty-sixth or twenty-eighth, moving forward a few days into October, he files this forty nine page rule eleven.
trying to get me declared incompetent until I couldn’t represent myself. And so that was when he f but he files the rule eleven And then he quits the case the same. He files the Rule 11.
I file my response. In in my video where I filed my response, I say I again, because in his in his forty nine page rule eleven he said that I was uh harassing his wife and telling people to call his wife and that’s when the only time ever I said, No, I didn’t encourage people to call your wife, but if you’re gonna accusing me of it, I’ll do it right now Share the shit out of this. That’s what I said.
And so that’s the one and only time I’ve ever said, here’s her number. Hey, two. Address your grievances That was because at multiple times he brought her into this.
First in that hearing and then in a filing with the court trying to get me ruled incompetent. He used the basis for me being ruled incompetent for leaving his for quote unquote encouraging people to contact his wife when there was no evidence of that. I showed her webpage, but I never encouraged people to contact her.
And so during the response to the Rule Eleven, I made a video called the Nuclear Option. Because remember, it was an attack on Pearl Harbor when my wife got fired. So what did how did we respond to Pearl Harbor?
We blew the fucking shit up to levels never seen before in modern human history. Okay, well you wanna you wanna accuse me of something I didn’t do? Well I’m gonna actually do that now because I can’t because it’s legal.
And that she’s a government employee and here’s her government webpage And so in response to that, they go and get an injunction where she lies 33 times under oath. Stacey Jane gets an injunction also So Stacey Jane gets an injunction because of one phone call I made to her telling her that uh I need how I need access to justice because her buddy over at the prosecutor’s office is committing injustices So so she goes and gets the inj they they both go and get injunctions and he files the rule eleven and quits the case. So now I got the case so now I got a court date coming up and what happened?
The convicted felon now has 10 days left to appeal the verdict of his probation revocation hearing.
Myers’ longtime partner Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray would later go live on Myers’ behalf in a now private livestream Thursday night.
Clad in a t-shirt featuring Myers’ victim’s family, with Myers’ face obscuring his victim’s faces, Gray updated fans with how to contact Myers and promised that he would be bringing back the “greatest hits” of Myers’ merchandise line, including items featuring the faces of Myers’ victim and her family.
Gray’s fundraising efforts saw no new donations towards Myers’ GiveSendGo defense fund for Thursday or Friday.
Thursday’s crowdsourcing title was shared between John “First Amendment Protection Agency” Medaglia and Angel “Kansas City Accountability” Moses, with both men taking in $20.00 for the day.
