Long time YouTuber Dave “Dr. Dave” Coulter’s week in the spotlight extended to The Frauditor Comedy Show on Friday when he made an afternoon appearance with hosts Ragetty Ann and Rae to discuss his on-going legal proceedings with YouTuber Audit Them, the meteoric rise of his GoFundMe campaign and the character of Dr. Dave in general.
Coulter started the show by stating that he was appreciative of his fans, who have show their support through new donations to his legal campaign and to his Hall of Shame channel.
His Debunker of Frauditors and Frauditor Terminator channels were blocked earlier this week in the United States due to a protective order served to YouTube by fellow YouTuber Audit Them, who has accused Coulter of doxing him and threatening his life.
In the interview, Coulter brushed off the threat accusations, claiming that Audit Them overreacted and that he would take being told to “jump in a lake” as a threat with malicious intent. Coulter explained his severe dislike for Audit Them but again insisted that he had no intention of doing physical harm.
Coulter said that the actual protective order came about because of Dave’s own confusion with Cook County, Illinois, on-line portal as he was not told which room he needed to be in to attend lasts month’s hearing.
He has a new hearing scheduled for May 5, 2026, where he indicated that he would be addressing his lack of access and the one-sided victory for Audit Them at the previous hearing.
Coulter also addressed the differences between the man named Dave Coulter and the character of Dr. Dave. He stated that what he presents in his videos and livestreams is primarily the character he plays on the show and often he is judged for that character and not how he really feels.
Host Raggety Ann struggled at times during the show with keeping Coulter away from breaking into the character, as she stated that to hear from him and not his online persona. Overall, she was commended for keeping the show moving and for not pre-judging Coulter or Audit Them and giving them both a fair shake despite a highly charged side-chat.
During the interview, Coulter maintained that he wasn’t too worried about being kicked off of YouTube as he had multiple other channels that can be monetized that were not included in the court order. However, since the two channels that were blocked in the United States account for his primary source of revenue and he asked for help from his fans as his finances will be tight for the next few months.
Coulter also expressed that his intention to sue Audit Them for loss of revenue, however, he made it clear that he would not be fundraising for that lawsuit. Instead, he will fully fund the lawsuit out of pocket.
