Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova and that Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq., livestreamed Saturday afternoon in response to Friday evening’s livestream by Frauditor Mania and 1A Audits Exposé channel owner, a man simply known as “The Exposer.”
Starting the broadcast with the statement that “Everything they said was wrong – almost,” Cordova wasted no time in introducing Newman and going into a vigorous response to the legal claims made by Frauditor Mania and the Exposer.
Playing the Frauditor Mania video that opened Friday night’s livestream, Newman was quick to point out that Frauditor Mania’s declaration that “nothing had changed” and that there were no actual ramifications from he and Cordova’s lawsuits and activities was false.
Newman pointed out that over 2,000 YouTube videos had been taken down from various YouTubers in response to the copyright infringement claims, filed lawsuits and other legal actions. He also pointed out that The Exposer removed his entire YouTube channel in response to their actions, so it was hard to say that nothing had changed.
Addressing the apparent recent actions by YouTube to restore videos on “fair use” ground, Newman said that YouTube was required to restore the content when a content creator filed a valid counter claim to an initial DMCA claim and when a lawsuit was not filed within 14 days of the claim.
Newman reminded his audience that YouTube’s actions were not final and just part of the DMCA process. He said that the real determination would come at trial as only an actual federal court’s opinion mattered in the outcome of the pending DMCA claims.
The Thailand based attorney also reminded The Exposer that while if he had indeed registered his YouTube channel through a corporation, as claimed on the Friday night livestream, the corporation could shelter his information when a lawsuit was filed. However, The Informer was still personally liable for copyright infringement and that his name could be found through the discovery process.
Both Newman and Cordova addressed claims by YouTube commentors that they were only out to “dox” members of the anti-auditing community by filing lawsuits against creators. Newman informed his audience that he any information he received would be held in confidence and that he would only reveal the name and general location of the targets of recent subpoenas to Cordova or his other clients, when he received information specific to their cases.
Addressing the accusation that they somehow “doxed” Frauditor Troll by revealing the name and address Frauditor Troll used in his YouTuber counter claim, again, the pair reminded their audience that the address listed by the popular YouTuber turned out to be false. They also doubted the veracity of the name provided by Frauditor Troll in the same counter claim.
Newman also addressed Cordova’s direct letters to both the Exposer and Doctor Dave, another recent target of DMCA complaints. As both men had indicated that they had active attorneys, Newman was prevented from directly contacting either man as legally he could only contact their attorneys in regards to pending litigation or settlement talks.
Cordova added that his $30,000.00 demand to Doctor Dave in his second settlement letter was made on the spot and was intended to scare the YouTuber into submission. Dr. Dave has since mocked Cordova for the demand, saying that he could not prove that he made that much revenue from material featuring Cordova’s videos.
In a video released soon after Newman and Cordova’s livestream, Doctor Dave would again mock Newman and Cordova as he said that he received notice that YouTube deemed that 10 of his videos were indeed “fair use” and would restored to the platform.
He laughed at Cordova’s efforts to appeal Doctor Dave’s counter claims as Cordova repeatedly fumbled in his protest of YouTube’s assessment of the videos. He reminded Cordova and attorney Newman that YouTube was a private business and YouTube alone would determine what could appear on the platform.
Doctor Dave was at the center of a 512(h) filing made by Newman on behalf of Cordova on filing as the pair are seeking to subpoena Google/YouTube for the information behind the ownership of Doctor Dave’s main channel.
In a similar move, Newman has filed for an ex parte application for leave to serve a third-party subpoena on Google/YouTube in Cordova’s on-going lawsuit against Frauditor Troll. Newman is using a 512(g) claim to seek the same sort of information from YouTube as it is believed that Frauditor Troll provided a false name and address in filing his DMCA counter claims.
Frauditor Troll has yet to make a public statement in response to the new developments in the lawsuit against him.

If you are working for a company, and in your work you are sued, so long as it is work authorised by the company you are indemnified by the company or held harmless for your act. Same as when chilli sues whatever police station he is suing today, the cops never answer. it is always the city lawyer or their insurance company who does the answering. As for his name, that is a harder question to answer. They would have to show cause to get a name on him, not necessarily his real, legal name. There is a difference. He may be call Joe id 123457 in court and be done with so long as the name is consistent. Knowing his real name is a lot more detailed. Not sure they can do it as the person’s who name they wish is not the person to whom they are suing. So they would need a compelling reason to legally have it. And if the company refuses, the judge will have to find a legal reason and sufficient proof that there is a need. And with these two clowns… the two terms, legal reason and sufficient proof are few and far between,
And just for ships and giggles… the company is owned by some one… find out whose name that is and you should find out who the maker of the video is. The address was not false, it was incomplete. But hey who am I to teach them law. Psss… in court you now have to provide evidence that it was false whereas merely incomplete is self evident on the missing suit # but there guys are the legal geniuses from thighlang. They know the law better than anyone else…

Okay, just follow me here. So who you going to believe? Two clowns on a video or a multibillion dollar company who have the best lawyers from across the USA who’s bred and butter is dealing with copyright laws and complaints, lolsuits and real lawsuits. So, on one side you have dma and the other you have Alpha… yep gotta go with the two clowns. They clearly are the geniuses here, the rest of us are just standing at marveling at the legal geniuses standing so tall above us all!
So get this, okay this goes to court. The defendant brings in the copyright strike and says to the judge we followed YT ruling. So some 4 years later they register the work and sue for copyright. 1) ask for the suit to be dismissed as untimely. 2) Ask for the suit to be dismissed as having been already adjudicated by YT and they issued a finding of no fault. 3) ask the suit be dismissed as after following all legal procedures the plantif waited years to file in the hopes that they would get to extort an unreasonable amount of money, 30 K or get unreasonable conditions of never speak my name again on yt.
All of this, is public domain. They said it in public. All of this is able to be admitted into evidence. All of this will weigh against the plantif.

And that ladies and gentlemen and those undecided, is how you answer a lolsuit. You do not broadcast yourself on YT, think lame meyers, and try to threaten people or intimidate them. You do not bang on the table outside of court. You shut your pie hole, you get a lawyer and you handle this in court. You let the other guy do all the losing on air before you even get into court. When the other guy is destroying his own case in front of you, you let them go for it. How much you want to bet every single second those two clowns are on live is being recorded and stored off site for later use against them. Any takers?

The best part of this? Oh the irony. When this is all over. When all is said and done. When the legal things are all done and DMA is still a laughingstock who lost every single case he brings.
