In an amazing turn of events, an emergency hearing was held in the case of Arizona v. Lane Myers, with prosecutors asking to void his recent conviction for violation of his probation which was based on accusations, according to Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray, that Myers’ victim’s husband sent two of the threatening e-mails presented during the probation revocation hearing.
Myers took a plea deal in 2025 where he admitted his guilt for felony charges or stalking and harassing Shannon Walker, the wife of a Tucson prosecutor who was then currently involved in the prosecution of Myers.
The social media icon was sentenced to a total of three years of probation that included conditions of not posting about his victim or her family and barring him from having contact with Gray.
Last spring, Myers filed to change the conditions of his probation and began to livestream about his case and his victim again. Around the same time, Gray, who Myers was barred from contacting, created a YouTube channel called “ShannonWalkerLies” where he started to repost old videos from Myers’ channel.
Myers was taken into custody for violating his probation over the summer and Judge D. Douglas Metcalf denied the requested changes to his probation.
The fashion icon was then tried for the violation of his probation. In a trial spanning two months due to scheduling issues, Myers was found guilty of multiple violations of his probation with testimony provided by Matthew Walker, two of his probation officers and Myers’ former girlfriend. Myers was sentenced to roughly three years in prison.
Myers went off to prison, with an expected 2028 release date.
Last night, prosecutor Rachel Stiles filed an emergency petition for a hearing to have Myers released from jail and to have his probation violation conviction set aside. Immediately, Myers’ supporters spread the rumor that Myers would be immediately released from prison and that a “surprise” was in store that would “shake the world.”
That hearing was held and while Stiles did state that there was “an investigation” into evidence that she received post-conviction that would impact Myers’ sentencing for violating his probation.
Myers’ attorney, Mark “The Shark” Resnick added that he thought that the evidence would impact both the finding of guilt and the sentencing.
Both attorneys asked for Myers to be released from prison while they figured out exactly how the evidence would impact the case.
Judge D. Douglas Metcalf informed both that he could not release Myers directly from prison and that Myers would need a hearing to have probation conditions revived. He then ordered Myers to be transferred from Prison to the Pima County Adult Correctional Facility pending a hearing on November 17, 2026.
Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray aired the hearing this morning and then added more news on the investigation:
So guys, welcome in. Welcome in Welcome in for whatever reason let me see if I can get my uh See if I can get my beautiful mug up here or not How’s everybody doing today? For whatever reason, they’re not gonna give all the juicy details, but Uh I’ve got I’ve got some juicy details that I’m all into Say into this microphone right here.
So um the the Walker ‘s home Uh warrants were executed at the uh Walker’s residence. Is that how I want to say it? Is that the right way of saying is that is that what I’m looking to say?
Is that what I’m saying? That uh the warrants were executed at the Walker’s uh residence You guys remember those threatening emails to Shammon? First, maybe do you guys know what the strisand effect is?
Here, hold on, guys. Give me a sec. Give me a second.
I gotta get into character. I gotta get into character, guys. Hold on.
Just give me a second. Okay All right, here we go. All right.
What’s everybody doing? There we go. Alright, where was I?
So you guys remember those emails That were sent to Shani. Well, it turns out that they They’ve been doing some digging and uh where those emails came from, where those proton emails came from. And Normally, I would say, guys, you won’t believe it.
And when I was talking to uh Mark Yeah he’s saying this story and he’s saying this story and it didn’t even take me a second just came right out of my mouth. Matt fucking Walker did it And uh he was like, Wow, yeah, you’re right. And it’s like, Yeah, bro We’ve literally been screaming this for two years that he’s a corrupt piece of shit.
But What nobody believes us? So let me get to the facts. The facts are that You know, I don’t know which is worse actually.
Continuing:
Or will it just be more um Memes. I mean, we’re good at memes too, you know what I’m saying So did I ha have I even told the whole story? So apparently These threatening emails get sent to uh Shannon Walker from uh pro these this uh these Proton email addresses.
And uh TPD and the Department of Justice uh actually come together and they uh subpoena they subpoena A proton. This is allegedly. Um this is allegedly.
And um apparently The um the warrant just came back in this perfect little window after the sentencing between the appeal that they can get Lane right back onto probation somehow. Um which is a crazy turn of events, right? Um I mean uh they didn’t even c really talk about that, how how they can just reinstate probation or reinstate um supervision of some sort uh up upon his release.
But Anyway, I’m I’m going uh too far afield. Where was I? So uh apparently The evidence just came back and the evidence said, okay, there were ten emails to Shannon that were threats on her life.
We should actually go through the We should go through the discovery and find the threat we should find all the threatening emails and we should read them. And then we should find out which ones we think are Matt. Um okay, so uh what I’m told is that seven of the ten uh seven of the ten Can somebody text Lane?
Let him know what’s going on? Um shareholders in the room. Uh can you just text Lane and let him know that he’s uh that he’s coming home?
Here, hold on, we’re gonna do this. All right, so The warrants come back, seven of the ten come back to uh VPNs. They can’t they can’t trace it.
Um okay, sorry about that. I figure wow I’m that’s pretty shitty of me not to Text him fucking first thing and say, hey bro, you’re everything I’ve been telling you the last twelve hours is true. You actually are coming home He had me f he had me freaking out thinking that uh thinking that uh this was you know some some elaborate ruse or something.
Anyway Back to the uh back to the story. Um So what he says is or uh what he says is what am I even talking about? Okay, so those those seven come back.
Uh one of them, one of the threatening emails comes back to uh a proton associated with some Verizon account. um who they either unmasked and I’m not aware of or they don’t know. And then the then there’s these two other ones.
And these two other ones Are directly linked to Matt Walker ‘s IP address. Directly linked to Matt Walker. Matt Walker sent his own wife threatening emails, threatening The life of his wife and children.
Did he not think about the kids? Is he I’m sorry. Did he not think about the children?
What kind of monster? What kind of monster do you need to be? Uh please shareholders um reach out to him if you’re in a uh position to uh uh reach out to him.
I know a couple of you are so I’d appreciate that. Um No, bro, I’m on I’m live. I’m not gonna be Thank you.
So, uh, where was I? Where did I leave off? It’s just so much.
I I I actually it’s it’s difficult to um it’s difficult to temper my enthusiasm and wrap my head around the fact that this is uh that this is real That it’s real and are they gonna hold I mean, is Matt Walker gonna be held accountable For all this and and I don’t mean monetarily. We both we all know we all know that That there’s a standard that Lane uh holds you to, and that Lane is gonna hold him to that standard. Uh he’s gonna get his uh His retirement and the kids college fund.
He’s gonna get all that. The rest are sure about that. But what really matters is is there gonna be justice For Matt.
Gray would go on to indicate that he will be selling a t-shirt featuring the Walkers’ Christmas card with Lane Myers’ face over the faces of their children.
Matt and Shannon Walker have not commented on the hearing’s outcome.
No criminal charges have been filed against either at this time.
Myers’ next court hearing is November 17, 2026.
