In what is shaping up to be a possible minor win for Jose “Chille” DeCastro, John “Irish Demon” O’Dea apparently failed to respond to DeCastro’s federal lawsuit by the filing deadline of September 24, 2025.

DeCastro is currently suing O’Dea over a November 2024 incident where O’Dea allegedly hijacked DeCastro’s main Delete LawZ YouTube channel to play hardcore same sex porn over multiple sessions, resulting in the temporary removal of DeCastro’s channel from the YouTube platform.

O’Dea is also facing charges of declaration of copyright infringement and misrepresentation based on O’Dea allegedly using parts of DeCastro’s YouTube videos without permission and making false statements on his DMCA counterclaims when DeCastro submitted DMCA takedowns.

DeCastro is seeking roughly $75,000.00 or more in compensatory damages for the alleged hack, punitive damages to “deter future misconduct, given the malicious, willful, and deceptive nature of the conduct described herein,” statutory damages, and injunctions to prevent O’Dea from accessing DeCastro’s social media accounts and e-mail, referencing DeCastro’s likeness in a false or misleading manner and engaging in further harassment.

O’Dea has a long history of pulling what he calls “pranks” on DeCastro, dating back to 2022. One of the most famous pranks involved O’Dea pretending to comply with a “cease and desist” notice written by DeCastro, temporarily remove all DeCastro videos from his channel, then restore them after a tearful livestream in which he revealed he was pranking the diminutive YouTuber.

The Irish YouTuber also has staged non-DeCastro related stunts for publicity, including posing as a teenager in order to entrap who he said were pedophiles. In those cases, O’Dea livestreamed his confrontations with the subjects of his investigations, attempting to force them to apologize to the world for their actions as they awaited police.

The hacking case also seems to be problematic for O’Dea as he allegedly confessed to friends that he did the hack in at least on private Discord server. As with most things related to “private” Discord servers, the messages containing his confession were recorded and has since been shared with DeCastro’s lawyer, That Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq.

O’Dea does not currently have electronic filing capabilities and a mailed response from Ireland, where O’Dea resides, may be accepted as long as it was postmarked before September 25.

DeCastro himself did not mention the lawsuit on this Wednesday night livestream, instead focusing on teaching case law in vertical format. This is notable as it’s been a little over a week since DeCastro very publicly swore to never use the vertical format to stream an educational video.

He apparently changed his mind last week as his horizontal educational livestreams drew around 100 concurrent live viewers.

Wednesday’s stream has had 27,973 total views, 255 likes, 11 comments, brought in $62.00 in super chat donations and was seen by 764 concurrent viewers.

By comparison, YouTuber SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes, who went live a little before DeCastro’s broadcast, brought in $259.00 in super chat donations, 4,624 likes, 91 comments, 9091 peak concurrent viewers and 126,761 total views as of press time.

While Reyes has a significant advantage over DeCastro in total number of subscribers (983,00 to 674,000 subscribers), DeCastro has long claimed to be the most popular First Amendment auditor in the United States.

DeCastro apparently alluded to his young niece as the relative who “went down” over the weekend as he said he had to babysit five young children. He described taking the kids to a water park by himself and how he could not compete with the hole left by their mom as he was just “uncle.”

His niece had previously been hospitalized in June for a severe case of eclampsia, before making a miraculous recovery in July.

The YouTuber warned his fans to take any warnings from their doctors seriously and to make changes as suggested if they wanted to live long and healthy lives before ending the livestream.

corpus delicti: The corroborating evidence that shows that a crime has been committed, other than a confession or statement.
    Okay?
So this is what sovcit say all the time. They do not understand it and they do not use it in the right way. That no one here is using it either is of no surprise. As if someone went to law school, one would hope they knew what it meant. They do not. They even had shiz in on it or duped into believing it.

So where is the magic, that thing called evidence? Opps. There is none. If you had any, you would call a cop. This is a crime, and crimes are investigated by police. Irish would then be in actual trouble. Without any evidence? Meh.

Where is the lawyer who sent emails in connection to this? Oh wait, that was Irish scamming them. So that was quickly dropped.

Next, Irish was served? By whom? cause some third world failed democracy sent a bogus email. It went into his spam filter.
That is where to toss grift,

You really want to serve Irish demon? You get an Irish lawyer to do it legally for you in Ireland. These clowns? They just pass from grift to grift. Not to be taken seriously. Nothing to see here folk, just a lot to laugh at.

So an imaginary deadline by an imaginary court has passed and?
Ireland is not a member of Hague convention. So get any piece of paper you want and?
Worthless as the lolsuit they filed in the first place.

Ireland? ya, that place? has youtube Ireland. So how much are we willing to bet on this grift that Irish has his channel on… Youtube Ireland. Thus to seize any money, they need to go to an Irish court, you know that place they did not get to serve Irish in the first place? Ya there.

Okay, okay leave the real world behind. He can get a default and make billions. Insert Dr Evil emoji here

Except there is that pesky judge. You may remember him, the judge who has to sign off on any award of millions.
    That person?
    Ya them

So chilli having only presented legal conclusions, has to, you know, show evidence… ya that. This far, none has come forward. Well he said he did it. Did he? And? You can prove it right? The ISP came from Ireland. Great. Cept how many people in Ireland have ISP. If you answer more than one person, you do not have evidence but mere assertion. But he said so, and the ISP is from Ireland. And? The judge is going to need more. A lot more. Something a real lawyer would have mentioned at some point in the grift.

Just because you get a clerk’s default does not mean anything. See chilli’s last default on Kate. He won how much money? What? He still owes over 15 000$ to Blue Bacon. But he had a default on Kate.
    He won
    She should pay him millions.
    What?
    He never served her?
So even if he had won something she would have it tossed and start this whole thing all over again? Only passed the statute of limitation…

So, into the woods we go. Say by some miracle, this grift gets an award for damages. Chilli would have to go to Ireland to get it paid. He would land and they would start all over. Was Irish served under Irish law? He was not? Case dismissed, even with that pretty california signed judgement.

Say, say say, chill can get an irish judge to agree that Irish owes him money. At that point chill gets his millions billion and so on…
    err
    no
    not there yet
So say Irish owns a house and stuff.
    nope

See, you can get the biggest amount of money awarded to you and guess what? You still need the other guy to give you the money and if they don’t then you have to fight and fight. Taking years and years.

Alex Jone owes million on to a billion IRRC and he owns things. This far no one has gotten paid. And the plaintiff have the best lawyers and they still have not gotten paid. And it has been how many years?

Anyone here thinks chili or his so called lawyer, ai chat bot, have the staying power? For years and years of paying out cash and getting nothing back. NOTHING

The cops, who tend to be more professional did not charge Irish. The cops did not do anything. Why? There is no evidence. He had the passwords to enter into the channel.
Well that does not mean anything.
It implies permission. And that makes the case that much more murky even if they had a single solitary piece of evidence aside from Irish saying Mea culpa,

    But grifter going to grift

And when this all blows up in chilli’s face, 15K to pay to BB for the last lolsuit, we can all look back on this and say. What a joke, what clowns. What a silly internet fight tries to go to court. Everyone loses.

And irish raises his Guinness and takes another healthy slug. He knows Irish law. Even if no one on the other wrong side of the Atlantic, on the left coast know a single thing.

But then allowing the clowns to amuse us is certainly better then they were to actually be suing someone and actually winning something.
