A self-professed bloated Jose “Chille” DeCastro addressed his fans on his YouTube channel Saturday afternoon, claiming he was overindulging in pastries and cakes while attending a gathering for his aunt’s 90th birthday.

DeCastro brought updates to his newly announced lawsuit, teased two more Nevada-based lawsuits, and, of course, announced another possible delay for his Constitutional HQ board game before sharing new goals for his product.

The big news came as he has added charges against retired Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman, who ordered his conviction of obstruction of a police officer and interference charges last year that saw him do time in the Clark County, Nevada, Correctional Facility.

While he had previously announced that he would be suing Zimmerman for what he says was an illegal search under the Fourth Amendment, he said he added a Sixth Amendment violation to his lawsuit.

According to DeCastro, during his second appearance before Zimmerman, in which he was appealing his sentence for the convictions, the Justice of the Peace knowingly and willingly kept his family and friends from entering the courtroom. Because of this, she denied him a public trial as he claimed was outlined under the sixth amendment.

DeCastro claimed that by suing Justice of the Peace Zimmerman in her individual capacity, she would lose her judicial immunity and be subject to punishment when he won his lawsuit. He then angerly denounced the Justice of the Peace, calling her a “bitch” and demanding that she pay him with real money “out of her own pocket” after he wins his implausible lawsuit.

Zimmerman was not alone in his targeting during the Saturday livestream as he also lashed out at Judge Michelle Leavitt, who DeCastro is also suing in the same lawsuit. DeCastro now adding a Fifth Amendment claim for “denying due process” to his charges against the Judge.

Switching topics, DeCastro admitted that there were some “good cops” in the world. He said that a police officer in his hometown named Kieth Russell was a “good” cop because he destroyed evidence and ignored DeCastro’s admitted battery of a “town bully” when he was 17, as either charge would have “destroyed his life.”

According to DeCastro, after winning several wrestling tournaments at age 17, he was approached by a 26-year-old “town bully” at a convenience store in his hometown.  The “bully” started a fight with DeCastro and DeCastro used his wrestling techniques on the man, slamming his head into the ground repeatedly and needing to be taken away by Officer Russell.

Officer Russell decided against pressing charges in the case, despite DeCastro’s description of the devastating injuries he inflicted on the man, and, when searching DeCastro, destroyed the marijuana DeCastro had in his possession before setting him free.

DeCastro held Officer Russell as an example of what a “good cop” should look like and aspire to as he again stated that he would win the governorship of an unnamed state.

New to DeCastro’s claims on Saturday came DeCastro’s announcement that YouTuber Rights On had “connections to textbook distribution on the East Coast.” According to DeCastro, he would be using his friend’s connections to have his Constitution HQ board game placed in “half the schools in America.”

He also announced that the game would be in the entire home-schooling Market and that he would have deals in place to make history as he taught America’s children his version of constitutional history.

Alas, his announcement came with a downside as his Constitution HQ board game would be delayed again. He now claimed he should have all of his prototype cards for the game in hand by “Thursday” (moved from the previous “Wednesday”) with the actual release date for the game still indefinitely delayed.

DeCastro’s DeleteLawZ.com still indicates that the board is shipping in “May” and DeCastro has yet to make the promised price increases for the game. The counter for game pre-sales is still stuck at 9,992 after starting at 9,999, and it is unclear if this reflects actual game pre-sales.

Returning to the subject of his Nevada based lawsuits, DeCastro reaffirmed that he would be suing the police officers involved in his February 14, 2024, arrest in Las Vegas. He also stated that he would be suing separately the officers involved in his “Thanksgiving” arrest.

The Thanksgiving arrest may have been the arrest where DeCastro taunted officers before performing an illegal U-Turn in front of them. He was briefly detained before being given a ticket after his file stated that he had “violent tendencies.”

DeCastro promised his fans that he had momentum on his side now that he had a partial summary judgement in his lawsuit against the LVMPD. The YouTuber either knowingly stretched the truth or displayed his ignorance of what happened in the lawsuit, as his “victory” amounted to the Judge in the case denying a dismissal of the case as there were issues that the Judge could not dismiss at this time.

Still indulging his apparent fantasy, DeCastro warned his fans that he would be asking them to fund the $465.00 he needed to file his lawsuit against Justice of the Peace Zimmerman on Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday of next week.

He also pledged that he needed their help in reaching his new goal of one million YouTube subscribers and that his fans could help him by purchasing $5.00 monthly memberships to his YouTube channel.

Strangely, he did not push his $9.99 membership offering to DeleteLawZ.com, which would grant them access to digital versions of all of his products. Nor did he mention his three active GoFundMe campaigns or his “good friend” Craig Hendry’s DeCastro-run GoFundMe campaign.

Without DeCastro’s help, his Hendry campaign pulled in $5.00 in new donations on Saturday, falling to Lane Myers’ GiveSendGo campaign which took the crowd sourcing title. Myers took in $250.00 in new donations to take the win, while Clash with Bao’s GoFundMe campaign placed second with a $25.00 donation.

Sunday’s take was a surprise as SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’ Support the Fight Against Tyranny and Corruption campaign took in $35.00 to win the day. Myers’ campaign placed second with a $20.00 take, and Reyes’ Legal Defense Against Unlawful Arrest fund got a rare $10.00 donation to round out the pack.

DeCastro is expected to livestream again on Sunday.

How to tell us you don’t know anything without telling us you don’t know anything?
chilli cannot being suit for his friends and family. Only they can do so.

Judges get to decide who can come into their courtroom, if anyone at all can do so. Think of any case with children or any sex based crimes and they can and will clear the courtroom as the judge decides.

Except Zimmerman did nothing in her personal capacity, Everything she did was a judge.
Nothing chilli can say or do will change that. Hence, judicial immunity is fine and dandy.
Lastly, when he won? He is zero for 70 right now. Having not won a single cent or a single judgement. All he has is big talk, delusions and a following of hate watchers. As they stop watching his view count drops.

Judge Michelle Leavitt, who chili is also suing for “denying due process.”

err she let him out of prison? that would be “Due Process.” Leaving him in jail for something she thinks he is not guilty would be a denial. No court is going to see she let him out and denied his due process?
chilli has a legal argument to make on that and I am not sure the best lawyer could get that one passed his filing before being summarily dismissed

But the very good thing about this?
If he keeps it up, he will be declared vexing and denied ability to file any more lolsuits…
