Jose “Chille” DeCastro presented what he claimed to be a police “unaliving” on his Monday livestream as he featured the story of Peter Villalobos, a man who died while in police custody in Riverside, California in June of 2025.

DeCastro said that he was contacted by Villalobos’s brother Gabriel to raise awareness about his brother’s death. Gabirel indicated that his brother was suffering from mental illness at the time of his death and was having a mental health episode when police encountered him.

Police had been called to a Riverside, California, McDonalds after Villalobos had locked himself in a bathroom stall for over an hour. A police officer approached the stall and asked Villalobos to exit the stall as McDonalds had asked for him to be trespassed from the property.

Villalobos appeared confused and appeared to struggle with the spelling of his last name and giving the officer his birth date. The officer seemed to take an aggressive stance with Villalobos and accused the man of lying about his name when the man corrected the officer’s spelling of his last name.

Eventually the pair made it outside, where the officer explained the policy that Villalobos must go into handcuffs while the officer verified his identity. The first officer was joined by a second officer and a struggle ensued as the men attempted to handcuff Villalobos, who broke free from the men and ran off.

Pursuing Villalobos, the men eventually caught up to him and were joined by a third officer in taking him to the ground and placing him in handcuffs. Villalobos would later go into medical distress and receive treatment from paramedics before later dying at a local hospital.

According to his family, a private autopsy showed that Villalobos died from injuries from blunt force trauma. His family later accused police of brutalizing Villalobos instead of providing the help he needed. The official Riverside County coroner’s autopsy is pending.

DeCastro reviewed the footage from McDonalds and stated that the police were acting illegally as he claimed that California law allowed someone to leave an area where they’re being trespassed from without providing identification.

The YouTuber said it was “gross” and “creepy” that a restaurant could have an officer approach you while in a bathroom stall to issue a trespass.

As the confrontation with police played out in front of him, the YouTuber became enraged at what he said was the lack of grappling skills from both officers involved in the incident. He would later say that he was 50 years old and that he could easily beat up the officers involved in the incident.

The footage DeCastro was watching switched to an outside security camera located on the side of the building. DeCastro said he had to zoom into the image at 5000x resolution to see what was truly going on. He then described what he claimed to be punches and “slamming” of Villalobos’ head to the ground, which did not correspond to what was shown on the video.

DeCastro began to scream that the police were “beating his head into the concrete” and that they were “beating him to death” before directly accusing the Riverside Police officers of murdering Villalobos.

The YouTuber would quickly clarify that, “this looks like a murder to me.” He would later state that Villalobos’ head was “beaten in” despite Villalobos interacting with police and sitting up and talking with police after being restrained and before the footage switched to paramedics later working on the man.

DeCastro, escalating his outrage, would make a prank call as his “J.D.” character to the Riverside County Sherriff’s department to provide information on the incident. He demanded first degree murder charges to be pressed against the officers involved in the incident.

When questioned why DeCastro prank calls police instead of handling his messages seriously, DeCastro exclaimed that his “J.D.” character reflected the “worst” police officers who always used Southern accents to hide their treachery.

The YouTuber would later call Gabriel Villalobos, who claimed the family’s private autopsy showed that his brother had no drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of his death.

DeCastro would later direct his fans to the family’s GoFundMe page, which has raised $1,515, out of a $6,500.00 goal.

The YouTuber’s own GoFundMe page remained stagnant on Tuesday, with a $1580.00 balance out of a $5,000.00 goal.

SeanPaul “Long Island Audits” Reyes continued his win streak by taking in $230.00 towards his Stand with me to Hold Bryan Fahey Accountable campaign, while Lane Myers made a surprise return to the crowd sourcing competition with a $100.00 donation to his GiveSendGo account.

    errr… ya sure
Sorta like that time he was going to beat up the police chief and then wet himself. cried uncle and ran away? That time?
You know, if he had gotten into the ring and taken the beat down, then he could at least make up this type of comment to certain extent. Now? Without ever having down anything? except crawl away?

Turn in the man card chilli and start wearing petticoats
