Jose “Chille” DeCastro made a surprise return to YouTube Sunday night as he said he was celebrating his fans with an intimate widescreen formatted livestream from a friend’s house before he returned home to Los Angelas and would soon be declaring himself a candidate representing Elon Musk’s “America” political party.

DeCastro immediately launched into a rant about police DUI checkpoints, misstating that they were first used in 1991, when they were first established in 1986 in Michigan (with the Supreme Court affirming them as legal in 1990).

The diminutive YouTuber was apparently upset about an old video where he audited a traffic stop being shared on YouTube. As he scrolled through and read comments from the thread, it showed that he had spent most of the last day replying to an overwhelming number of comments by Twitter users.

Now triggered, DeCastro went into a rant about how police officers were just like “brown shirts” and that his audience should accuse them of following the same sort of orders that led to the deaths of millions in World War II.

Continuing with dubious claims, DeCastro said that marijuana was legal for the past “twenty years” (medical possession was legalized in 1996, while non-medical possession was decriminalized in 2016) in California and that most drivers he knew, took a big hit of the substance before driving long distances. He said usage of the substance should not count towards a DUI conviction as studies showed that many users developed a resistance to the substance and could drive normally while under its influence.

Changing pace, DeCastro said that he would soon be declaring his candidacy for an unspecified position as a member of Elon Musk’s recently announced America political party.

The YouTuber said that Musk was just a financial backer of the party, and that as the first candidate, he could set the pace for the party platform and determine the future of the party. Again, DeCastro did not actually declare what office he’d be seeking but made it clear that he was considering a run as the first candidate for Musk’s party.

DeCastro then provided updates on his personal life, stating that his niece, who was recently hospitalized, was now out of the hospital and had 30% function back in her kidneys. He said

DeCastro would later take the time to call out or own humble newsreader Pants as a “troll” who worked for the worst of troll channels before being cut off by a new super chat donation to read to his audience.

He said that he spent the Fourth of July weekend with YouTubers Here’s the Deal and the Ripple Effect and was planning on returning to L.A. on Monday. He also promised the first lecture for his “Constitutional HQ” board game would be release on either Monday or Tuesday.

Conflicting with his previous excuse, he now said that he had been delaying the production of the lectures because he had not yet been confident in his knowledge of the subject matter. He said that he now possessed that ability and wasn’t clear as to which of his channels he’d release his videos on.

Previously he had claimed the videos would appear on his Constitutional Law Scholar channel but later changed it to his Delete LawZ Clips channel. He had also previously claimed that he could not produce lectures for the game until he received patents for the game itself.

The YouTuber’s live stream brought in $152.00 in new super chat donations, was viewed by 165 concurrent viewers, had 4 comments and 181 likes, along with 1,656 total views as of press time.

DeCastro’s efforts didn’t turn into new activity for his GoFundMe, which has gone without a donation for over a month. DeCastro is seeking help to buy a WestLaw AI subscription as part of his GoFundMe to sue former Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman.

Monday was ultimately won by Lane Myers’ GiveSendGo account, which took in $5.00 for the day. While the donation was recorded as Myers receiving $25.00, only $5.00 showed up in his overall tally. We will continue to monitor to see if GiveSendGo corrects this apparent error.

Has anyone asked Elon Musk if they wanted chilli to join his party?
    no?
I wonder why? chilli is such a prime candidate for the office of something, somewhere or something.

The only difference between lame meyers, eric bryant and chilli?
chilli got a taste of prison meatloaf and would rather starve than go back for more. The other two just ate it all up and went back for seconds…
