When fans of superstar First Amendment Auditor Jose “Chille” DeCastro last saw the diminutive YouTuber he had announced his future travel plans with a possible trip to “the American South” and surprisingly, he turned up in South America at a family gathering.

DeCastro refused to identify which country he was in, though previous family gatherings took place in Colombia, and the YouTuber claimed that he had been sick for close to two weeks and that traveling while sick had been problematic.

Assuring his fans that he wasn’t “high” and that he was indeed sick, the livestream was briefly interrupted by a presumed family member opening the door to the room and that person declining to appear on the broadcast.

This led DeCastro into “shooting the breeze” on various subjects with his fandom. Thie first subject he wanted to cover was the note that he got that former Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman was “dodging” service of the lawsuit he filed against her last summer.

He noted that it was impossible to sue the Justice of the Peace over his conviction and jailing in his 2024 trial for charges picked up in Las Vegas in 2023. However, he said that the lawsuit centered around due process issues that would bring him a victory over both Justice of the Peace Zimmerman and Judge Michelle Leavitt, who freed DeCastro on appeal in 2024.

DeCastro again indicated that he had no problem with the verdict of his appeal, however, he was still upset that Judge Leavitt had an opportunity to hold a preliminary hearing in his appeal and possibly free him from jail during the appeal and instead chose to cancel said hearing.

The YouTuber also bragged that he would soon be revealing the identity of one of the “John Doe” defendants in that lawsuit that he previously did not identify. He implied that this mysterious figure had been helping prosecutors behind the scene and the person was not aware that DeCastro now knew his identity.

Bringing up his direct lawsuit against the Las Vegan Metropolitan Police, DeCastro seemed happy that he would soon be attending a court mandated settlement hearing before the lawsuit was scheduled to go to trial early next year.

DeCastro bragged that the hearing was to determine how much money that the LVMPD would be giving him for his unfair treatment in the same 2023 incident that sparked his lawsuit against the judges.

A previous scheduled settlement conference saw the Judge decide that both sides were no where near close to reaching settlement conditions. DeCastro would later complain that the LVMPD “only” offered him $10,000.00 to settle the case.

No settlement conference is currently scheduled on that lawsuit’s CourtListener page.

The YouTuber announced that he would be returning to the United States on Wednesday before ending the livestream.

As expected, DeCastro’s return to streaming did nothing to help the multiple GoFundMe crowdsourcing campaigns he is involved with.

Continuing his streak of goose eggs, DeCastro or DeCastro adjacent crowdfunding campaigns saw goose eggs for Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

The entire market joined DeCastro in hosting the Canadian Geese as no new donations were observed for the first day of the weekend.

Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Huneault’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit brough in $124.00 to take Sunday, with no other campaigns receiving donations.

Finally, Huneault’s campaign actually lost $3.00 on Sunday due to changes in the CAD to USD exchange rate. No other campaigns received donations for the day.

JF The first subject he wanted to cover was the note that he got that former Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman was “dodging” service of the lawsuit he filed against her last summer.

Okay, so normally, when you sue a judge, you just have them served at the court they work in. You go to the clerk and they accept and sign things. Over and done with. Same as suing a lawyer. They go to the office, the receptionist will sign for anything. Or all most anything. They sign, you you a copy or the original or whatever. Some place sign and stamp. Like so what. In a busy law office in like say downtown Manhattan? They might do that 100 times a day. They may even have some designated to only do that job.

So you serve Zimmerman at her LV courthouse. But she is retired. So that changes things? No, because normally, anything she did as a judge is covered so you have to sue Zimmerman by way of the court who would normally give her a lawyer to handle such a case. Again, mostly they just get dismissed due to Judicial immunity.
But not in this case. chilli wants to sue Zimmerman in her personal capacity. So, he cannot have her served by way of the court. They have to find her home address and serve it to her person. For some reasons, Judges have unlisted address and phone numbers. I don’t know why right? Very hard to guess.

So normally, you go to a judge and get orders to find out her address. Afterall, the court knows where she lives, they send her mail, her retirement cheques etc. So they should have it. All you have to do is ask. But if you ask, they will tell you you cannot sue her personally, unless she did something personal. Not something she did on the bench. So the circle just go round and round.
Only chilli who seemingly likes to get very dizzy likes to ride this circle round and round.
Oh and the whole case, like all lolsuits frauditor will not go anywhere and will get him nothing.
