Fans of Jose “Chille” DeCastro rejoiced on Saturday when the YouTuber went live from a multi car crash in downtown Los Angeles where he announced that he still had “six” days left in his seven-day suspension from YouTube (up from “five days left” the night before), and the announcement of his new Discord server.
DeCastro’s new server, initially titled “Chille DeCastro” was created by a fan and is apparently administrated by DeCastro’s copyright lawyer, that Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq.
The diminutive YouTuber announced that the new Discord server was “censorship free” and that he’d be discontinuing his group text chat in favor of Discord. Highlighting the freedom his fans and non-fans would feel on the server, he then made a controversial decision as he immediately banned our own humble newsreader, Pants.
No reason was given for the banning and Pants was not violating posted rules of the server, which would only be posted after the banning. He was apparently banned out of spite, which directly reflects DeCastro’s increasingly authoritarian approach to handling challenges.
DeCastro spent the last week in Washington D.C., a guest of gun rights advocate Dick Heller, and was initially in search of the authoritarian crackdown on the city by Donald J. Trump.
As the week progressed, and DeCastro became accustomed to the city, he declared that the “Trump Takeover” was a hoax and seemed to back the show of force as nothing significant.
DeCastro also began to express his disbelief that citizens of the nation’s capital expressed concern about being filmed in public, falling back on his old standard line of, “I can film anything I can see in public.” He later adapted his stance and took a kinder, less evasive approach to filming, going back to his standard of filming people against their will only if they angered him.
The YouTuber also ran into trouble early in the week as he twice confronted black police officers at events for giving him “unlawful commands.” Both incidents occurred before he went live on his channels, with the second one resulting in DeCastro pulling the “fame” card on the officer and telling him that his footage would air on CNN and the officer would be fired for messing with an influencer of his stature.
Things got worse for the YouTuber as his main DeleteLawZ channel was suspended by YouTube for a week due to his airing of what he said was a minor having his head smashed into the ground by a police officer. While DeCastro had initially said he took the footage from ABC, Saturday saw him add NBC, CBS, FOX and CNN to the list of YouTube outlets that supposedly continue to air the footage without punishment.
Back in real time, he regularly muddled the number of days until his channel could return to YouTube during the stream on Saturday, stating a mixture of five and six until it would be returned to YouTube.
His fans also noted that he briefly allowed his dog Charlie to run untethered through a massive car crash, with 4-5 vehicles involved and massive amounts of metal shards of glass and metal on the scene.
DeCastro blamed his cognitive decline on being up for “30 plus hours” as he had not slept since leaving Washington D.C. for L.A. overnight. He would later fail at ending his stream, returning in front of a green screen at his studio, bemoaning his “raw dog” look as he was unable to touch up his appearance before continuing the live.
The massive presence on YouTube on two coasts did nothing to bring attention to his two on-going crowd sourcing campaigns on Friday or Saturday. The market itself retreated into goose egg territory as none of the campaigns we follow received new donations.
DeCastro surprised everyone on Sunday, however, with as his Time to Sue the Corrupt Unprincipled Judge Ann Zimmerman campaign took in $100.00 in a single donation. That gain pushed him past the $25.00 taken in by SeanPaul “Long Island Audits” Reyes’ Stand with me to Hold Bryan Fahey Accountable fund.
The win for Sunday puts DeCastro onto the monthly leaderboard days after his copyright attorney, that Randall S. “The Unhinged Attorney” Newman, Esq., closed his own GoFundMe account and returned all donations. DeCastro and Newman now switch places in the fourth position for the month.
The YouTuber is expected to livestream again on Sunday.

That about sums up chilli.
Not just for the day but his whole internet career.
I won’t do that then immediately does that.
I love free speech then starts to ban people.
You cannot make this up.
All you can do is point and laugh.
