Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s promise to live stream every day during the year of 2024 came to an abrupt end on Sunday as the YouTuber failed to make an appearance on his YouTube channel.
DeCastro had made the promise early last week as part of his renewed commitment to his fans that he would improve his channel as he moved to a new studio. It is unclear why he failed to broadcast on Sunday as he had been active on twitter earlier in the day.

DeCastro’s fascination with the anti-mask movement also seemed to be in contradiction to recently released footage of DeCastro participating in a “6 feet dance” at the height of the COVID outbreak in 2020. In the video, DeCastro can be seen awkwardly dancing while wearing a mask and promoting COVID awareness.
A new streak may begin this evening as DeCastro has scheduled a live stream for 3:05PM ET.
