DeCastro Dominates Slow News Day

Tuesday, January 17, 2003, proved that even on a “slow” news day, the world of Jose “Chille” DeCastro can still dominate the news in world of first amendment auditing.

DeCastro started the day by releasing two flawed videos on his legal reasoning Terry vs. Ohio and Teche Lines vs. Danforth, his standard fall back for anything to do with legal matters. He slipped in a YouTube short telling former President Ronald Regan (SIC) to burn in hell for being the “worst president in history.” While we have our own opinions on former President REAGAN, and our own problems with spelling, we managed to report on them without bias and with the grammar and spellchecking capabilities of Microsoft Word at our full disposal.

(We’re not CLEARLY writing a tongue-in-cheek exposé on DeCastro to avoid having to cover the live stream/panel Kate Peter appeared on about CYRAXX’s online sex life that included stories of CYRAXX’s alleged engagement in online furry sex. We do warn you that no matter how enticing Kate Peter appearing on a panel sharing stories of furries and supposed penis flashing animatronic YouTubers may be, you should avoid seeking said live stream unless you’re currently under regular psychiatric care.)

The rest of Tuesday was fairly quiet on the DeCastro front until YouTuber Blue Bacon spoiled the peace by releasing the entire text of DeCastro’s threat to him for attempted service of the approved final protection order out of Pierce County, Washington. Links to Bacon’s YouTube community page above, one requires membership to see Bacon’s commentary in response to DeCastro.

Blue Bacon sought the protection order last year after DeCastro made threats to him that he was going to send someone to Bacon’s house to do physical harm to him. YouTubers Kate Peter and MERB were highly critical of Bacon’s actions at the time, stating that DeCastro was all talk and Bacon was less of a man for taking the legal precautions to defend himself, but both have their well-documented biases that lead them to their opposition of protection orders. The opinion of this publication is that if you feel that your life or the life of your family is in danger, do what you have to do – including seeking a protection order – in order to protect them. The last thing any of us wants to see is harm come to anyone.

DeCastro’s letter to Bacon is strange as it ignores realities, which isn’t unusual for DeCastro, who spent 90 minutes Sunday night trying to convince viewers that police planted a gun in the James Sheets case out of Ohio, even though the hands of the police officer in question could be seen going into the car not holding a gun, but we’re digressing again… as DeCastro simultaneously that he has no idea why Bacon would be trying to serve him, threatens a federal lawsuit seeking $75,000 in damages if there’s continued attempts to serve him and a threat to prosecute Bacon in the state of Washington for his “lies” in obtaining the protection order that DeCastro claims to have no knowledge of.

While putting more effort than usual into the lengthy letter to Bacon, noting here that there’s a 25-minute MERB video on how DeCastro essentially recycled his old filing for contempt in his lawsuit against Kate Peter awaiting us after this write up is finished, DeCastro even ignores his own interaction with MERB in which he forwarded the service letter and packet of evidence to MERB and seems positively unaware that MERB famously exposed both his letter seeking legal aid and the evidence packet in an hour long video bashing DeCastro and Bacon.

Perhaps DeCastro is focusing on his continued role as “media consultant” for families involved in deaths of family members in police-related incidents or perhaps he’s focusing on the cult-like activities of the group of auditors he’s formed lately. Alleged actions of this group members include appearing in live chats and making threats against creators who express negative opinions of DeCastro, threatening them in live chat that if they don’t stop “making videos about Chille” they’ll face negative consequences; then apparently putting up negative videos about the creators which typically claim pedophilia.

Those group members may eventually realize that they don’t need DeCastro. While DeCastro’s YouTube channel seems to grow at an alarming pace, receiving literally thousands of new subscribers in the past week, his chat remains populated by the same handful of commentators and his average attendance of his live chats and premieres are well under the number of new subscribers he receives in a day. We’re not making accusations, but things seem to be strange as DeCastro has claimed that he’s never bought YouTube subscribers and has pledged extreme growth of his channel in 2023.

Again, links to DeCastro’s statement to Bacon is provided above. Bacon’s response is behind a paywall. Both are weirdly cropped by YouTube, continuing an apparent tradition of being a pain in the rear end for anything to do with DeCastro.

Thank you, dear readers, for sticking with us through this unusual Wednesday article featuring Tuesday’s silliness, it has served as a stand in for an extended article about CYRAXX’s alleged exposure of his penis to anyone in his general vicinity while engaging in furry activity. While writing that line may have caused us further damage, all therapy costs will be billed to Kate Peter c/o The Troll Mafia pension fund. We urge you to do the same.
