At the end of media darling and superstar influencer Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s Thursday afternoon livestream, he mentioned that long time community member “Les Paul” was in jail in Duncan, Oklahoma, on unspecified charges and needed help with his commissary; in the hours following the livestream ReallyCoolNews has confirmed that “Les Paul” is currently being held for contempt.
Leslie Paul “Les Paul” Gardner, 60, is currently facing charges of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 2nd offense, eluding/attempting to elude a police officer, obstructing an officer and resisting an officer following an incident on December 17, 2024.
He is currently being held at the Stephens County Jail for contempt, following an outburst at an evidentiary hearing on June 10, 2026. Gardner allegedly called the judge who was presiding over the hearing a “piece of shit” as he was leaving the courtroom following his hearing.
At the contempt of court hearing on June 11, Gardner maintained his opinion of the judge and stated in his direct testimony that the government was corrupt and that he wasn’t given fair process in his felony case.
The court noted his complete lack of remorse and sentenced him to 30 days in the county jail and a fine of $250.00 and court costs. Should be convicted of the underlying charges against him, the time he spent in jail will be credited as time served.
Gardner is also facing unrelated charges of driving without a valid license.
The character of Les Paul has been a frequent contributor to DeCastro’s community over the past few years. Known for his frequent attendance to livestreams and financial contributions via super chats, Gardner has previously pledged his support to DeCastro’s teachings.
As with many of DeCastro’s followers, Gardner rejected a public defender and is representing himself at trial. He appears to be using AI to generate his many motions in the case.
DeCastro gave out information to his viewers how to put money on Gardner’s commissary account in order to ensure that Gardner “could eat” while incarcerated.
Otherwise, DeCastro’s Thursday broadcast was fairly benign as he largely repeated his normal tropes. No mention was made of his YouVeGotBail.AI crowd sourcing campaign or his self-imposed June 30, 2026, deadline to raise $25,000.00 to be used to help launch the service and pay DeCastro’s existing legal costs.
DeCastro mentioned during the stream that his recent request for a delay in his appeal of his February court loss to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department was based solely on the fact that has not yet raised the funding he needs to pay for transcripts of the four-day trial.
The diminutive YouTuber’s Help Me Finish YouVeGotBail and Protect the Technology campaign won Friday’s crowd sourcing title, taking in $300.00 for the day. Roy Tripoloni’s campaign for James “James Freeman” Springer, placed second with $100.00 in new donations. Angel “Kansas City Accountability” Moses placed third with $50.00 in new donations for the day.
No other campaigns that we follow received donations for the day.
DeCastro also indicated his new belief that as an extremely popular “thought leader,” he would be among the first who were jailed in the coming revolutionary war. DeCastro then repeated his belief that AI Data Centers were housing robot replacements for humans.
The failed Power Ranger went on to speak out against a recent Virginia law that will allow local governments to use artificial intelligence-powered cameras to enforce stop sign and crosswalk violations as more proof of the coming revolution.
Incorrectly stating that the Governor of Virginia ordered cameras to be placed on all stop signs in the state, DeCastro again stated that he would not stop for a stop sign in most cases while driving if he could see that “nobody else was around.”
In more troubling driving news, DeCastro also indicated that he had returned to Los Angeles from Arizona and had watched many first amendment related videos while driving home.
On Friday morning DeCastro also released a highly edited video of an audit he conducted in Arizona. After brief interactions with a motorist who was involved in a traffic stop, DeCastro attempted to question the police officers who conducted the stop.
The YouTuber was quickly blown off by the first officer he approached, while a second officer, who was walking over to the first officer, gave DeCastro a blank stare, turned and walked away from him to leave the scene.
DeCastro began making snarky comments at the second officer while he walked away and classified his ignored rant as “owning” the officers in his description of the video.

In an unreported part of chilli announcements, he would hence forward only be filming outdoors as his head had swollen so large it could not longer fit inside the doorway.
Among the first? Who? chilli? He cracked and folded when they locked him up for a few weeks. He was devastated by the mere thought of his going back inside he has run from every state that he could be jailed.
He thinks that anyone is worried about this clown? Or more likely that anyone knows who he is? He is a vexatious litigant who has failed so many lolsuits and won none. Stout has won more lolsuits then chilli and Stout is not even trying too hard to do so.
Ever notice, they all have persecution complexes? Benson is warning that the police want to off her. chilli is warning how he is first to the wall. Yet all of them are terrified of jail, so much so the mere idea sends them into a panic. Yet the powers that be would bother to waste a bullet? Sorry, just put them into a cage for a while, watch their psychology, already broken, shatter and be done with them. No bullet needed and left on the street they become an example of what not to do.
