A disheveled Jose “Chille” DeCastro returned to live streaming on his YouTube channel on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, with an accusation against fellow first amendment (1A) auditor San Joaquin Valley Transparency (SJVT).
DeCastro played parts of a video by YouTuber Cali Tito that focused on the YouTube channel Auditing Arrestee, which Cali Tito claimed was run by SJVT as he spotted SJVT’s secondary channel YouTube icon in one of the videos. This spawned an extended statement from DeCastro that SJVT was a wife beater and animal abuser and a statement, without displaying proof, that SJVT was the mastermind behind the Lex Lutheresque letter sent in his name to members of the 1A auditing community Monday night.
Calling SJVT a “snake in the grass,” DeCastro relayed his previous positive experiences with SJVT, claiming that he had lunch with SJVT and his sons and was friendly with SJVT on multiple occasions. He said he was shocked earlier this year when SJVT put up a negative video about DeCastro. Later claiming that Cali Tito claimed that SJVT turned states evidence in his court cases and was actively working against the 1A community.
DeCastro would go on to list his grievances against fellow 1A auditors James Freeman, Lackluster and Direct D, claiming he was on the verge of filing lawsuits against the group, along with SJVT, after he won his new case against “the most disgusting troll on YouTube” in a California federal court, which he was on his way to file today.
Echoing statements from the purported fake e-mail sent to the 1A community, DeCastro complained that individuals could use his content without “kicking back” royalties to the original content creator. He stated that SJVT and others could make thousands of dollars off of his content without sharing profits from those videos.
DeCastro would later expound on his new lawsuit, claiming that he would initially file against the “disgusting troll” then amend the lawsuit to add two more “trolls” then possibly go after the YouTube John Does from his Massachusetts federal court case as he harvested their information from their counter claims.
As of press time, 7:45AM ET on January 26, 2023, neither of the two people that DeCastro has individually described as “most disgusting trolls” on YouTube, Kate Peter and Blue Bacon, have announced new lawsuits against them.
Turning his attention to his copyright infringement lawsuit against YouTube, DeCastro restated his resolve to win as he has the specific intention to change YouTube’s “fair use” polices and the ability of others to harass him on the platform. He expressed his
DeCastro would later remove the original version of the live stream from his YouTube, releasing a new version of the broadcast on his DeleteLawZClips channel and putting up a statement on his community page that he had “moved on” from the issue.
In related news, DeCastro was successful in attempts to having the DeleteLawZClips 2 parody channel taken down; the channel is no longer accessible on YouTube.
