Lookie here, today we’ll be taking a gander at the latest news on James “James Freeman” Springer, “Lovely” Lane Myers and the rockin’ sockin’ varmint Jeremiah Payne the LDOF auditor! Yippie!
Stepping right into it, we’re gonna go straight to the mighty fine state of Arizona, where Mr. James “James Freeman” Springer got himself a plea deal where he won’t admit any of the original charges and just one of the new charges at a lower level.
The Court questions the Defendant regarding his understanding of the terms and conditions of the plea agreement, the possible consequences thereof, and the constitutional rights he waives by entering the plea.
The Defendant enters a plea of guilty to the crime of AMENDED COUNT FIVE: ENDANGERMENT, a Class Six Undesignated Offense, committed on or about May 3, 2026.
Defense counsel provides the Court with the factual basis for the plea, to which the Defendant concurs.
THE COURT FINDS that the Defendant knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently enters a plea to the charge set forth in the plea agreement, and that there is a factual basis for the plea.
The plea is accepted and entered of record.
IT IS ORDERED setting the matter for entry of judgment of guilt and sentencing on December 3, 2026, at 8:30 AM, in Division SR.
IT IS ORDERED that a presentence report be prepared by the Adult Probation Department.
Defendant is directed to cooperate with the probation department in the preparation of the presentence report.
IT IS ORDERED that the trial date set for November 10, 2026, in Division SR, is vacated.
Springer got himself into a pickle in May after a verbal go-round with his wife and daughter resulted in him fleein’ his house. A posse was raised when they went to find the spry youngster he fled the scene.
He was wrangled in when the police used the grappler device on his vehicle, bringing him to a stop quicker than a mare in a hen house!
Oh boy, oh Berto!
The cowpoke sat in jail for almost a month, with no hope and his cow bells ringing but no one singing when his fans got together and raised over $70,000.00 for his bail.
Now that he was alive and kickin’ again, and Yippie-ki-yi! He got a lawyer who said that he was over charged and that his bond was outrageous!
That judge done stopped himself and set things right, changing all of Springer’s charges and lowering his bail! And just like that, he was like a moose taking on a gopher hole and free as a cactus!
OH YEAH!
Springer made over $80,000.00 from his fans and he says he’s moving to the great state of Texas with his family, where he can do what he wants like a true patriot!
In more auditing news about someone who had too much mustard for his own good, Jeremiah Payne says he was rode hard and put away wet and is hunkering on retiring from being a first amendment auditor.
Payne recently skedaddled from the custody of authorities in Tennessee where he is still facing burglary charges and extensive time in the big house for some goings-on in September.
The authorities recon that Payne was checkin’ out a house when he was taken in for the burglary charges. He spent almost two who weeks in the pokie before a pair of kind people paid to have the cowpoke released.
While Payne failed in his chance to shut up and blabbed about his version of the crimes, he still claims to be innocent and will be vindicated. That said, he said that he would be retiring his auditing activities again.

Whoa now, partners, don’t skedaddle before you make some time for the “Lustful” Lane Myers! Goddang if he didn’t go an tell Arizona’s court of appeals that he was appealin’ the verdict of his probation revocation hearing!
That rustic galoop and fancy pants, no relation, took his own plea deal in the year 2025 of two felony counts. He done was put on probation for three years and wouldn’t ya know, stopped following the terms the man in the black robe set out for him!
He got convicted of that too after a whole summerlong trial!
Now that cowpoke is sitting in prison looking at the concrete walls and steel bars. His defense attorney, that Mark “The Shark” Resnick done gave the notice that he is filing an appeal of that verdict.
Myers is gonna stay in the custody of the state during the appeal, but if he gets out, he could get a whole new trial or that gosh dern verdict overturned! Whoopie doodle!
