Failed Power Ranger, troubled future candidate for “government” of California and leader of the “YouVeGotBail.AI” organization Jose “Chille” DeCastro has a mixed week while he served out his suspension from YouTube, won and lost in court and saw his product fail to ignite the world for a second week in a row.

DeCastro launched his “YouVeGotBail.ai” plaque earlier this month as a replacement for his widely distributed 5a Cop Cards and his “indestructible” trifold products. The monofold product, priced at $39.00, was announced by DeCastro as what would fund future of his new YouVeGotBail.AI rebrand and future products.

Unfortunately for DeCastro, sales have been lacking as consumers have not embraced his new product. Nearing the end of the second week of its lifetime, he’s sold six told single $39.00 products, for $234.00. His two pack of the same product has sold two units for $148.00 in total. Finaly, his three pack, selling for $99.00, has sold four units for $396.00 in total.

Overall, after nearly two weeks of sales, he’s made a total of $778.00, with most of those sales in the first week of the product’s lifecycle.

Part of DeCastro’s lack of sales may have been because his main YouTube channel was suspended for most of the week after he posted a YouTube short that apparently violated YouTube’s policies.

While he switched to his lesser DLZ CLPS channel, he made no effort to live stream or do commercials for the new product on CLPS. Which is strange, as the first video he posted on his main YouTube channel was apparently a commercial for the product, that was made private minutes after it went live.

Likewise, he did not address his YouTube suspension in posts on his DLZ CLPS YouTube channel or Twitter feeds. On those channels, he continued his anti-Isreal comments and largely ignore opportunities to promote his new product and non-political ideology.

Friday saw another new development in his appeal of his recent court loss to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department. DeCastro’s lawyer, Michael Mee, turned in the Mediation Questionnaire that is required to start the process with the court.

Mee described the dispute that gave rise to the lawsuit as:

This case concerns an arrest and use of force that Plaintiff contends were driven by retaliation for protected recording and speech, rather than by any legitimate law enforcement need. Plaintiff will present evidence that he recorded police activity in a public parking lot from a nonthreatening position, complied with directives to create space, and did not physically hinder any lawful police duty. Plaintiff further will present evidence that, after he was detained and handcuffed, officers applied force and pain compliance above that which was reasonably necessary. After trial, the jury found in favor of the defendants, and this appeal was filed.

He described the main issues of the appeal as:

Plaintiff now appeals the judgment entered upon the jury’s verdict. The issues presented for review encompass several distinct but related matters. First, Plaintiff challenges the validity of the jury’s verdict, contending that it is not supported by the weight of the evidence presented at trial and that the jury’s findings cannot be reconciled with the record as a whole. Second, Plaintiff assigns error to the trial court’s evidentiary rulings, both as to evidence that was admitted over his timely objection and as to evidence that was excluded despite his request that it be placed before the jury. Those rulings, Plaintiff submits, were not harmless, and their cumulative effect deprived him of a fair trial on the merits. Additional issues, including any that emerge from a full review of the record below, shall be identified and fully developed in the opening brief and such further briefing as the Court may require.

Thank you to Pdocs for providing Mee’s completed questionnaire.

DeCastro’s fortunes with his on-going crowdsourcing campaigns did not improve during at week’s end. None of the campaigns that he set up have seen donations for either Friday or Saturday.

Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker’s Stand with Liberty Against Unjust Charges campaign won Friday with $140.00 in new donations.

The First Amendment Protection Agency’s ILLEGAL ARREST DEFENSE FUND!!! placed second with $15.00 in new donations.

Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault’s Help us Fight This anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit campaign lost $9.00 in value for the day to place third.

Saturday brought another victory for Kueker, with $250.00 in new donations.

Hudon-Huneault placed second as his campaign lost another $28.00 in value due to exchange rate changes.
