As expected, June of the year 2026 has ended and Jose “Chille” DeCastro failed to meet his boldly stated and much publicized $25,000.00 crowd sourcing goal to fund expenses involved in his YouVeGotBail.AI project and his other on-going for-profit lawsuits.
DeCastro famously announced that his “trolls” would have to see him gloat as he guaranteed that he would meet his fundraising goals by June 20, 2026, which quickly evolved into June 25, 2026, then “the end of the month” as his goals failed to resonate with the wallets of his 680,000 subscribers.
When the end of the month was near, DeCastro seemed to sidestep the controversy and announced that he got a personal loan from a family member for $6,000.00 to cover $11,500.00 he owed a patent attorney. Then he stopped mentioning the on-going crowd sourcing campaign.
DeCastro’s failure to meet his crowd sourcing campaign goals is especially troubling as YouVeGotBail.AI has been described as DeCastro as a crowd funding platform dedicated to individual crowd funding campaigns dedicated to raising the bond for its members when they are arrested.
More troubling comes the news that DeCastro did not even win the crowd sourcing title for June, with Long Island Audits easily taking the title from DeCastro in a matter of days following the launch of his new campaign.
As for Thursday, DeCastro raised no new donations for any of his campaigns, including his Help Me Finish YouVeGotBail and Protect the Technology campaign.
SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes actually won the day with $150.00 in new donations to his We the People vs. Police Union Power and another $100.00 in new donations to his Detained for MY Rights – Continuing the Fight for OUR Rights campaign.
It was the same story for June as despite DeCastro’s best efforts, he lost to Reyes again in the monthly crowd sourcing race. LIA bought in a combined $7,682.00 across three active campaigns with his We the People vs. Police Union Power itself besting DeCastro with $6,828.00 in new donations for the month.
DeCastro placed second, with a grand total of $5,447.00 for the month. Roy Tripoloni followed with $1,368.00 in new donations to his James Freeman fund, our own On-Going Expenses fund placed fourth with $1,095.00 in new donations.
Lane Myers, Libert Troll, Angel “Kansas City Accountability” Moses, the First Amendment Protection Agency and Central Tyrant Investigations round out those who received donations for the month.
Tripoloni is still in the overall lead for the year with $71,536.00 in observed earnings. Reyes follows with $28,444.00 across four campaigns (one has since been closed). DeCastro is in third place with $19,274.00 in donations across three campaigns.
The top ten is rounded out by The First Amendment Protection Agency, Angel Moses, Our own campaign, Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault, Dr. Dave, Liberty Troll and the fund for Luis “Real Constitutional Upholders” Johnson.
With June as a loss for DeCastro’s goals, we will continue to monitor his fundraising as his YouVeGotBail.AI project advances.
