Wednesday was another questionable day for the diminutive YouTuber known as Jose “Chille” DeCastro as sources reveal that there may be significant problems with his planned rebrand while he may be unable to travel to Oklahoma to support Heather Dawn Chandler as her trial approaches.
News broke Wednesday morning that DeCastro’s YouVeGotBail.AI rebrand may be in trouble as there is already a bail bondsman business called You’ve Got Bail in Montana, which was registered in 2024.
A company called Rocky Mountain Bounty Hunters, LLC, registered the name with the State of Montana on June 4, 2024. While there is no record of a trademarking of the “You’ve Got Bail” name, a simple Google search revealed an active Yelp page for the existing business.
Quick checks of their Yelp page indicate that while they have no reviews, they’re open six days a week and apparently have been since opening in 2024. It is unclear if DeCastro was aware of the existing bail bondsman business before creating his YouVeGotBail.AI product line.
DeCastro says that he’s devoted the past year to his pending rebrand, which he previously announced as occurring “in the next 30 days” on Saturday, and on his most recent livestream he indicated that he was meeting with an investment firm in order to obtain a “seven figure investment.”
The YouTuber may also continue to have problems with traveling to Oklahoma to support Heather Dawn Chandler, a woman from Duncan, Oklahoma, who he had been helping when he was arrested last September for allegedly molesting three police vehicles.
Chandler is fighting a DUI arrest from May of 2025 which resulted in charges of DUI and charges of driving without a valid driver’s license. The woman claims that she was being stalked by a local police officer, which drew the attention of DeCastro.
Recent filings in the lawsuit show that multiple witnesses were subpoenaed on both sides and that the lawsuit is moving forward with Chandler prepared to show that she had not been drinking at a bar the night of her arrest.
DeCastro came to Duncan last September to carry out personal audits and protests last September and filmed himself pulling on the door handles of several police vehicles with the apparent intention to gain access to the vehicles to show how easy it would be to access “unsecured” AR-15 type weapons stored in the vehicles.
Charges were eventually filed against DeCastro late last year and three warrants for his arrest were filed. He is currently fighting the warrants in both federal court and in state level court.
Since Chandler’s jury trial is set for April 20, 2026, it seems that DeCastro will be unlikely to attend in order to help his friend’s defense while the warrants remain. As of press time, despite DeCastro’s efforts for emergency action have not been successful as the charges remain against him.
DeCastro’s recent focus on his rebranding has resulted in minimal gains at best for his new product line. According to his main YouVeGotBail.AI website, he still has sold only 7 of his single item auto plaque packages, two of his double item auto plaque packages, and seven of his triple item auto plaque packages.
The YouTuber has also failed to bring attention to the GoFundMe account he’s currently running for Heather Chandler.
SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes won Wednesday with another $100.00 donated to his Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption fund.
Reyes also shut down his Fund Legal Defense Against Unlawful Arrest, Help LIA With Legal Fees To Fight Tyrant’s Lawsuit, Help Me Fight These Unlawful Charges & Injustice, Help With Billboard Truck Purchase To EXPOSE Tyranny, Help With Criminal Defense Attorney For This Case, Support Freedom: Stand Against Tyranny Together, and Unlawful Arrest & Constitutional Rights Violation campaigns on Wednesday.
Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit came in second for the day with $35.00 in new value from exchange rate changes.
This is a developing news story.
