An enraged Jose “Chille” DeCastro returned to livestreaming on Saturday after a week that apparently ended in failure as he broke his promise to make his Constitution HQ board game available in PDF form, he apparently did not get his “up to one million dollars” in funding for his YouGotBail.AI social media platform, and he was dealt a setback in his appeal of a loss in court to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD).
Starting with the legal loss. Less than two weeks ago, DeCastro went live on his channel with the intention of airing the audio from his settlement talks in the appeal of his humiliating loss to the LVMPD.
DeCastro started airing the meeting between both parties with a professional mediator and at one point, after being allowed to attend the meeting, he announced that he was recording the meeting for transparency purposes.
The diminutive YouTuber argued with the mediator and read what he said were the rules of transparency back to her to no avail. He eventually muted his microphone but continued airing the livestream, typing in side chat snippets of what was going on in the talks. Apparently in violation of the court’s guidelines.
Viewers have stated that they personally alerted both the court and the defense attorneys to DeCastro’s action, which may or may not have resulted in the following change to the court’s proceedings:
MEDIATION CONFERENCE SCHEDULED (text only) – DIAL-IN Mediation Conference Call with counsel for appellant only, 4/22/2026, 3:00 pm Pacific Time. Each participant will receive an email with dial-in instructions. The briefing schedule is amended as follows: Opening Brief Due (Appellant) 5/26/2026, Answering Brief Due (Appellee) 6/25/2026, Optional Reply Brief (Appellant) due within 21 days from the service date of the answering brief. [Entered: 04/15/2026 04:26 PM]
A few days later, the court again updated the schedule:
RELEASED FROM MEDIATION (text only). This case is released from the Mediation Program. Counsel are requested to contact the Circuit Mediator should circumstances develop that warrant settlement discussions. [Entered: 04/23/2026 10:26 AM]
While we don’t have solid evidence that DeCastro’s actions affected the process, and he had been telling his fans that he would “never settle” the lawsuit during the stream, it is suspicious at best that the YouTuber, creator of the Jock Sock and failed Power Ranger would be the sole attendee of settlement talks before having them cancelled.
DeCastro announced on his live stream that he would be holding his own fundraising livestream later this week to raise the $3,800.00 he says he needed for transcripts to continue his federal appeal against the LVMPD.
The YouTuber did not reopen his GoFundMe campaign associated with the lawsuit as of press time, nor have his associated campaigns benefitted from the increased exposure from his stated need for funding.
Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit campaign won Friday by losing $9.00 in value due to exchange rate changes between USD and CAD.
His campaign did better on Saturday, gaining $4.00 in value, but losing to the First Amendment Protection Agency’s ILLEGAL ARREST DEFENSE FUND!!! Campaign, which brought in $5.00.
SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes won Sunday with $10.00 in new donations going to his Detained for MY Rights – Continuing the Fight for OUR Rights campaign, which was followed by $7.00 in new donations going towards Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker’s Stand with Libert Against Unjust Charges campaign.
No other campaigns that we follow saw new donations for the three days that we covered.
Online commentators have expressed concern that DeCastro was unable to secure the “up to one million dollars” in financing he had told his fans about this week. DeCastro’s only public statement about the progress of his YouVeGotBail.AI social media came on Saturday when he announced that his “technology” (his term for YouVeGotBail.AI) would have to wait for now but would eventually come to market.
He had no statement about why his Constitution HQ board game was not available in PDF form as promised. The YouTuber instead stated that the Constitution related videos would be complete on “Monday.”
Viewers noted that DeCastro was also much more aggressive towards police on his Saturday livestream, flagrantly dropping hard curse words against them and, in particular, cruelly laughing at a female police officer when she cried after being struck by an assailant.
DeCastro further declared that he was “ten times stronger” than any woman and that he could have easily punched the teeth out of the female officer, while continuing to mock her to his fans.
The YouTuber reaffirmed that he was still one-day running for Governor of an uncertain state in the future before ending the livestream.
