It was surely a letdown for fans of Jose “Chille” DeCastro on Monday as his plans to bestow fire and brimstone on a Texas “cop shop” turned into a well-mannered stand around with a housewife at an Oklahoma police department.

DeCastro announced last week that he would be traveling to the Texas area to bestow justice upon a corrupt police department. He said that he had been contacted by a viewer who had been harassed by a dirty cop, and he was bring his “big brass band” to town an act on her behalf.

The diminutive YouTuber promised that he would stand up to the police and warned that if he was arrested under unlawful circumstances, he would have a GoFundMe set up in his name to help with bail that would go live soon after his arrest.

Mysteriously, DeCastro’s new GoFundMe turned into a GoFundMe for an Oklahoma woman named Heather Dawn Chandler, with a link to a video from Brian “Here’s the Deal” Young. In Young’s video, he claimed that Duncan, Oklahoma, police officer “stalked” and then “lied” to arrest Chandler.

In the selected portions of the video displayed in Young’s video, he claims that officer Darius McReynolds followed Chandler from a bar in May of 2025 and “blacked out” his unit to prevent detection. According to McReynolds, Chandler did a rolling stop through a top sign as the cause for the pullover.

Once Chandler was pulled over, McReynolds said he could smell alcohol coming from Chandler, a second unit verified that they smelled “something,” and Chandler was arrested after refusing to do sobriety tests.

Young, without displaying proof, said that Chandler took a test at the police station that showed she was free of drugs and alcohol. His call to action was to have his community members brigade the Duncan, Oklahoma, police station with complaints based on officer McReynolds “stalking” Chandler.

Similar videos were posted by BZWatchdog and Carolina in Ft. Worth over the weekend.

DeCastro went live with Chandler from the Duncan Police Department on Monday afternoon. The YouTuber explained that he was there to check on Chandler’s request for an internal affairs report on her May 2025 traffic stop for a “fake DUI.”

Chandler indicated that she does not use alcohol and that she had been the subject of “fake DUI” stops twice in her life, the first time in 2020 and the second time in 2025 and she was the “designated driver” both nights she was arrested. She also claimed she lost her job due to the arrest and that without her driver’s license she could not take her elderly mother to cancer treatments.

Since her license was suspended from the second arrest, she also claimed that she had been pulled over on her bicycle twice by Officer McReynolds in the past few months for failing to stop at a stop sign.

Outraged, DeCastro indicated that in Oklahoma a person on a bicycle only has to yield at most stop signs. The YouTuber, who was towered over by everyone in the room, including Chandler, demanded more information from Duncan Police Major David Woods.

DeCastro explained that he was in town to film police and had a right “as a journalist” to confront and question officer McReynolds and had filmed McReynolds Sunday night. Continuing, he said that he had alerted other first amendment auditors in the area and that he would be in Oklahoma for the rest of the week monitoring police.

He gave his version of events in Ironton, Ohio, and said that he was in town to expose the corruption in the Duncan police department like he did in Ironton. He repeated his false claims of “proving” that James Sheetz had a gun “planted” on him in another unrelated case in Ohio and that he was personally responsible for the resignation or the police chief and several other officers in Ironton.

Unimpressed, Woods went to check on the status of Chandler’s internal affairs report.

DeCastro went into a long rant warning his fans not to submit to field sobriety tests if they were ever pulled over for DUI. He demanded that his fans immediately sue the police if their driver’s licenses were suspended based on the refusal, despite warnings.

Now worked into a mild rage, DeCastro said that “we have to sue the state into oblivion” to block further suspensions based on failure to submit to sobriety tests.

Later, DeCastro demanded an open records act request form for the dashcam and bodycam video of Chandler’s May arrest. He warned Major Woods that if his request was denied, he’d sue the town and the town would spend at least $25,000.00 defending themselves from the lawsuit.

Woods gave DeCastro a sheet detailing how to make open records requests online. DeCastro displayed the sheet to his live viewers and told them to brigade the police station by making requests of their own.

Eventually, DeCastro’s impudent rage subsided and he ended the livestream, promising more outrage later in the week.

Oklahoma’s public records show that Chandler was indeed arrested twice for DUI. The first arrest came in 2020 in an incident where she admitted to officers that she had “three beers” and she failed roadside sobriety tests. When asked if she’d do a breathalyzer, she refused to answer.

When her bag was searched, she was found to be in possession of a small quantity of methamphetamine and was arrested for possession along with the DUI case. She pled guilty to DUI as she took a deferment in 2021, with the possession charge dropped, and her record was expunged in 2023.

The May 2025 charges are still pending but show that Chandler was charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid license.

During the arrest, it was revealed that Chandler did not have a valid driver’s license, just a state ID, which did not grant her driver’s privileges. When she was asked if she’d submit to a breath test, she remained silent and her silence was taken as a refusal under Oklahoma law.

Her preliminary hearing is set for October 20, 2025.

Chandler has filed an information request for footage from the night of the incident from the bar she was allegedly drinking at to show that she was not drinking. Her request indicated that she requested the footage from bar owner Darcy Flaming but was denied. She is officially requesting that police obtain the video and give her a copy.

There are no current records on file for either of the pullovers Chandler claims happened while on her bicycle.

YouTuber “Dee” from the Wild Journey Nation channel was also record in the lobby with Chandler and DeCastro. DeCastro later explained that she was there to record in case he was “unlawfully arrested.”

DeCastro’s initial opening of Chandler’s GoFundMe saw him win Monday’s GoFundMe take with a cumulative $160.00 in donations, which was enough to best SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’ $70.00 take for his Help me Me Fight These Unlawful Charges & Injustice fund.

Reyes took Tuesday with a $5.00 donation to his Help Me Fight fund, with no new donations record to DeCastro’s, or anyone else’s, campaigns.

This is a developing story.
