Wednesday saw good news for activist, former actor and current social media influencer Jose “Chille” DeCastro get a rare legal victory as authorities in Oklahoma dropped his three outstanding warrants for molesting a police vehicle hours after the YouTube informercial host shocked fans by exploding at the service on a livestream.
DeCastro was charged last December for three counts of molesting a police vehicle in Norman, Oklahoma, stemming from an incident in September of that year where he live streamed himself trying to gain access to assault weapons in three locked police vehicles in the parking lot of the local police station.
The YouTuber was not initially charged after the incident and was surprised when notified of the warrants last year. He has attempted to fight the warrants in both criminal and civil courts since then and has an outstanding federal civil lawsuit against the city of Norman, Oklahoma.
It’s been reported that DeCastro did not have to appear at Wednesday’s arraignment hearing, letting his local attorneys take care of the hearing. A plea of not guilty was entered, his warrants were quashed and jury trial was set for March 22, 2027.
The late in the day development came on a day that started with a dramatic meltdown by the failed power Ranger and the inventor of the Jock Sock.
On his second live stream of the day, he savagely lashed out at YouTube over the low viewing numbers of his then current vertical stream before abruptly ending the stream and starting a new stream.
In doing so, DeCastro apparently confirmed his long-rumored troubles with YouTube that has set him upon a path where he is dependent on super chats as his primary source of revenue from the social media giant.
DeCastro had already streamed for an hour before ending that stream due to low turnout before starting his new stream to even lower turnout than before. He was also angered as he did not receive any super chats out of his ten super chat goal for that stream.
His agitation would grow as he watched a female reporter on a FOX news report where the reporter stated that she had talked to a police chief who talked about the dangers that police face when performing traffic stops.
The YouTuber screamed:
There it is, the state run media, run by The Epstein billionaire class, that is who? Our best friends east of the middle. That’s who controls us.
That’s who controls our government. That’s who controls every single banking corporation social media. This bitch right here is bought and paid for by our best friends East of the Middle.
She already interviewed the the the chief who told us we don’t know what he’s got in the car. We don’t know. Then they then she interviewed the body camera of the cop and he’s like, he opened that garage and I was like, what’s up?
Then she then then she shows a snippet of him getting his day in court and winning, and then she goes right back to You know, the chief did say he’s not really sure what’s gonna happen during a traffic stop.
DeCastro would continue to scream at the female reporter:
No, no, that’s your fucking brainwash, you f Fucking bitch. That’s your fing brainwash. Demonetize me YouTube.
Fuck you. That’s fucking brainwash. That’s that’s brainwash That is brainwash.
You know, talking to the chief and letting him know that, you know Th the there’s an inherent risk when we pull people over. He opened that garage door and I was like, what ‘s up, man? What’s up?
She’s bought and paid for, she’s fake. She’s fing fake.
Eventually catching himself, he would go on to lash out at YouTube itself before ending the stream:
This stream’s already fucked, so I might as well say fuck this. They’re already gonna demonetize this stream. I said the F word on it, so I’ll get a notification that says your videos been demonetized like they do most of my videos.
And what do I do wrong? What have I done wrong? Why are my streams demonetized?
Why are my streams demonetized? This is why I do a super chat goals Because the video will be demonetized. Love you, man.

I’m just pissed off. I’m just sick of my streams being demonetized because I could make money off my videos if they weren’t demonetized. But they’re demonetized, so I have to set super chat goals and put pressure on my audience for super chats.
And that’s fucking annoying. That’s fucking annoying. If they didn’t demonetize my stream, I would make money from the hundreds of thousands or millions of people that watch the videos. But I can’t because they demonetize my streams. So It’s purposeful. It’s it’s so purposeful.

DeCastro would go on and start a more successful third stream, bringing his super chat total to $469.00 for the day from 66 individual donations. However, that stream included some cringe worthy moments as he lashed out at YouTuber the Civil Rights Lawyer for taking advertising from big corporations.
He was also untruthful to his fans, claiming his previous streams were “demonetized” when in fact they were limited. Limiting means that YouTube is limiting the videos advertisers who are willing to advertise on violent or controversial streams. It also limits the appearance of the live stream itself in the all-important shorts stream.
A limited stream can still receive super chat donations, which DeCastro himself has confirmed keeps his channel running. According to Playboard, $10,987.00 in super chat donations as of press time.
